    This app loses a star because the guide insists that a good posture must include feet on the floor. There are a few other more comfortable meditation postures one can use.

    After signing on for a Free Trial they slammed me with a charge of $99.99. Read the reviews, they do this ALL the time. WTaH?! This Developer should be banned from the App Store. There are so many wonderful award winning meditation apps, don’t support this ripoff Developer.

    I am now addicted to meditation and it has made a tremendous difference in my mental health and overall wellbeing. I have been an anxious wreck for most of my life, but truly feel like I have a decent grasp on my mental state thanks to what I’ve learned from Balance (and therapy)! I love the Foundations plan that teaches you the basics of meditation, but also find myself frequently turning to the “Singles,” which have a meditation for just about any situation you can think of. I like to use the Ease Into Work single each morning before work, and recently the Grief single has helped me cope with the passing of my cat. If you’re in need of a change or want to learn how to manage anxiety and stress in a healthy way, you should definitely give this app a try. It won’t happen overnight, but with a bit of consistency, you will see progress over time!
