    You’ll set up an account and tie your PayPal to it and then they’ll never allow you to cancel. I have been attempting to cancel my subscription for months. They send the same generic email on how to cancel where the link provided does NOT work, and they continue to charge you WEEKLY. I’m now attempting to work with PayPal to stop payments. This is frustrating and I have zero desire to reengage with this application. I have had zero follow up from their “help desk”. I would avoid this app and tread very lightly if you decided to engage with it. They do not care about their customers or the financial impact you could face.

    Originally had the OG iReader but that version of this app has been changed to a different language. Lost all my previously read books but they are available on here. Some amazing authors wish I could move my previously purchased reads over to this new app.

  • Keeps charging

    I bought this subscription over the summer. It’s fine, whatever. But I decided I didn’t want to pay the subscription fee. I canceled auto renewal. Wasn’t in my Apple subscriptions. I used PayPal to pay and I’m still getting charged. There’s no way to contact the provider and I can’t dispute with PayPal because I approved the original payment and the app never sent an email or text or anything confirming the cancellation.

    After requesting cancellation, I received an email that said to give them 48 hours. Two weeks later I was charged anyway, even though I had not used the service and had canceled. Extremely shady practices.

    Charges were made to my account without my knowledge or approval. Made the company aware twice and nothing has been done yet! Will not be using again once my refund is given!!!!!

    I’m so mad so when I first signed up months ago I thought ok I’m paying monthly which means I can read, no it does not mean anything then trying to cancel have no way to cancel at all finally thought I had it cancelled no just found out today they have been taking money out of my account every 2 weeks and I had to cancel through my bank

    This app features INTERNATIONAL BEST SELLING AUTHORS! The books listed in this library are guaranteed to make it worth your time. So many titles and genres you will find yourself favoring this app over the others that make you waste over half your time on endless advertising or charging ridiculous amounts for each chapter. I highly recommend this app and cannot wait to make this my new favorite book app.

    They give you coins/ivouchers for 5 stars. Each chapter so far is 180 coins, which is ridiculous. And they don’t give many options to earn like other apps do. Watching adds takes 5+ minutes because of the add, then have to wait another 2 minutes before you can watch the next one, and it doesn’t give you the 75 coins like it says. You only get 6, so you have to watch all 12 adds to get the 75 🙄 all this app is is a money grab. You’ve been warned.
