  • So much better than Lastpass

I finally made the jump from last pass to 1password, and it’s sooooo much better. Their Mac integration is great. the one feature its missing is the legacy feature that LP has, which was great when my mother passed and was able to get all of her passwords. Very happy with 1p

For several years I used a different password manager that went out of business. For about 3 years now, I’ve used 1 Password. It works great on all of my devices (iOS, Mac, Windows). It interfaces pretty seamlessly with all apps. The only issue is it sometimes requires the “1 Password” more frequently than expected.
  • Does Not Work!

The app does not work. During the sign up process, after you pay of course, it says it will send a link to complete the sign up but it sends a code instead, which is useless! Support team does not respond.
  • Terrible subscription/cloud scam, lower quality product

What they did to people who bought this software is criminal. There is way to get out of it except to pay them for a scam subscription for the rest of your life. They are abandoned all of their long time customers and dropped support for their installed base while trying to force everyone into an inferior and more expensive cloud model. Truly awful. KeePass open standard with multiple front end options is the solution.
  • Please update the AppStore app!

For those of us working at companies where 3rd party software not allow-verified by Apple is banned - we’re stuck with an app that doesn’t work. I can’t even sign in - the 2FA request doesn’t show until after the sign in request times out. Please consider updating the AppStore app
  • legacy users beware

not going to lie. i’ve been a customer since forever. the app has done what it needs to do without complaint. however, the recent push to subscriptions has caught my ire. the Company could simply support legacy users without question, but they are pushing for subscriptions. not cool. i can simply switch to iCloud, and i might actually do exactly. that.

There was a time when you paid one time and got a descent password manager. Now you pay again and again and again thru subscriptions and it doesn’t work nearly as well.
  • Only use it if your company makes you

Do you love getting stuck in infinite loops of Okta 2-factor and QR codes and be locked out of critical passwords and accounts you need to make income? Then THIS is the app and platform for you! Adds needless complexity that makes everyone less secure and less productive.
  • Version 7 no longer fully supported

Love the app but recently retired my old iMAC for a MAC Mini with M4 chip. Newest version (8) will not load. Customer support states version 7- which works fine on the new machine- will no longer be fully supported. Still no fix for me loading 8 successfully but support and I are still working on it.
