    When will we get credits back for slop? Misspellings, detached hands, incorrect product renderings, etc. The credits run out way too quickly to be useful. Submitting one photo doesn’t allow it to make accurate images or videos. I emailed impresso about it and they ghosted me.

    Tout d’abord on vous dit qu’il y a un essai gratuit, ensuite on vous facture plus de sept euros ensuite quand vous voulez faire une publicité et quand l’on vous demande de décrire, même si c’est facultatif, m’en fin c’est pas facultatif c’est très important. J’explique ce que je veux. Au final j’ai effectivement un semblant de ce que je veux. Et je peux même pas corriger ce que j’ai reçu comme résultat, qui est je dirais pas catastrophique mais à côté de la plaque assez. Impressionnant effectivement mais à côté de la plaque. Et ensuite je découvre que les crédits que j’ai payé, j’avais pas compris au depart, ça fonctionnait comme ça disparaissent en fumée. À chaque fois que je fais une pub. Donc je suis vraiment très déçu de cette application si je puis dire, puisque c’est quand même de l’IA et que C’est impressionnant mais le résultat. C’est pas ça, on est encore loin de pouvoir travailler et peaufiner ce que l’on fait en réalité une fois que c’est fait c’est fait on y peut rien.

    I am losing money/credits every time I hit "generate," and the results are consistently unusable. This app clearly has massive issues with spatial layering and anatomy that the support team refuses to acknowledge. The recurring "hallucinations" I’m paying for: • Anatomical Horror: In multiple generations, the AI fails to understand where an ear ends and a head begins. I’ve had videos where the back of the ear literally morphs into a human face. It’s grotesque and renders the video useless for any professional or social use. • Scale & Proportion Failures: The scaling is completely broken. I’m trying to generate an ear-cuff, and the app produces massively disproportionate jewelry that is either the size of the entire ear or so warped it doesn't look like a wearable item. • Clip-through Glitches: Instead of the ear-cuff sitting on the ear, the AI wraps it inside of other textures, like scarves or hair, as if the objects are fused together. • Zero Accountability: Support insists there are "no flaws" while my credit balance drains on these broken images and videos. If the model can't distinguish between a piece of metal and a human face, it shouldn't be a paid service. Don't waste your credits until they fix the layering and anatomy logic.

    I love the app, but it’s now charging me six credits for each picture. When I first started, it was only three credits per picture.
