First you need subscription to save more than 6 photos, now you need subscription to get rid of ads, it's annoying. Not to mention I even got ads for adult(nsfw) video chat/dating app??

Love this app. I tried the trail version and now I cannot live without it. It’s my first time getting the Invisalign and I am 69 years old. This app helps keep me keeping track of how long I wear it and how long I have to eat while it’s off. I don’t think I can do without this app. It’s easy to use even for me. Thank you. I love it.

I’m so grateful TrayMinder exists - I was much more confident managing my treatment knowing exactly how much time my trays were out. It was super easy to quickly tap to keep track, and the timed reminders came in handy quite a few times, too. My treatment only lasted a month (three trays) so I love that there was a monthly subscription option!
  • App sucks

Notifications are poor - I’m getting notified to put my aligners back in after already clicking the “back on” button. Old UI, finicky, not reliable.

Update: still not a great app. Legacy watch support should be available until 2027 but now the app on my watch is saying I need to subscribe. Full screen advertisements popping up at random times and there’s some of the worst scam advertisements I’ve seen. I understand you need to make money, but you should really take a look at who is advertising on your app because it’s making a bad app worse. Look I get it, developers need to make money, but the new subscription options are ridiculously overpriced. I’ve been happen with the app and even paid for additional features, but there is zero chance I’ll subscribe and I’m not sure if what I previously paid for will continue to work. Also since the new subscription launched the Apple Watch app doesn’t seem to be keeping sync with the phone app (notification to start wearing even those I already it the start wearing button on my watch)
  • Excellent & essential!

At six weeks into my Invisalign treatment, I’m absolutely delighted with this app! * The timer makes tracking time out so easy — more so with the widget for my phone’s Lock Screen * The reminder options are easy to set, essential (a bit ADD here), and relentless ;-) * The Teethies pics are more than just fun to compare. They made it easy to send a pic to my ortho when I had a question — perfectly cropped, aligner # and date embedded. The subscription is absolutely worth the $49!
  • Great app, hate the ads

Great app for tracking tray use. I love pulling it out and showing my orthodontist my weekly and monthly averages. My one complaint is every time I need to edit a time frame, an ad pops up. Every. Time. It’s annoying, but if I close out the app and reopen it, I can usually avoid the video.
  • Works well, but expensive

The app works really well, but the cost to unlock full features is a bit higher than I’m comfortable with for what it is
  • Was a 5, then a 3, now it's a 2

I paid for "Apple Watch" and "No Ads". While No Ads is still working, my Apple Watch support has vanished with their TrayMinder+ service. I'm supposed to be keeping Watch support for 2 years, mine is no longer working. I guess Im just out of the money. Seems like they turned off watch support in January 2026 rather than sometime in 2027. My watch no longer syncs. LAME!
  • Forced ad viewing blocking functionality

After a recent update, almost every time I go to the edit section, I am presented with a full screen ad stopping me from doing the edit and not able to dismiss it for a predetermined amount of time. It’s faster to kill the app and go back in to do what I needed to do. I think I’m going to stop using the app altogether.
