    I’ve been using Delta for almost a decade, it used to be great but not it’s complete garbage. Ever since Etoro took it over it just keeps getting worse. It’s barely usable at this point, the app moves like molasses, it is painfully slow.

  • Merrill Lynch (Major brokerage firms not available) 4 years still no resolution.

    Even though when you go to connect the brokerage accounts, there’s a screen that has logos for all the major firms. This is very misleading, and you will find that many of them are not available. Is there any update on Merrill Lynch being available as a brokerage to connect ? Two post about this on request page over 10 likes etc. converting into Delta CSV from Merrill CSV & then uploading , having to fix CSV errors then retry again is getting tedious (paying user)

    I was adjusting my transactions cost basis and accidentally made my BTC zero holdings. Thereafter I could no longer remove the transaction because I have 200 other altcoins that are non-zero value and are thus prioritized in display over BTC. Hence I could not manage my BTC transactions any more. Used this for almost 7 years, now useless to me.

    Been using Delta for years and without notice they paywalled the data I put in. App is basically worthless now since I have more than 10 tokens and had different portfolios set up

    I have years worth of data built up now. I can’t access unless I pay to get it back. Bad business, allow us to view and maybe not add new transactions?

    What a braindead decision by these developers. The entire multi portfolio functionality is the whole point of this app and now taking it away/ putting it behind an expensive paywall is slap in the face to customers. I have used it for YEARS and invested countless hours optimizing it… honestly very sad to see this happen. I would have rather seen ads! Will just need to find another app! Hoping they reverse this colossal disaster of a decision but I doubt it :(

    Holding all the information we manually entered behind a paywall after an update is the worst thing that could have happened. To make the change to tracking 10 assets without grandfathering existing data is the single biggest mistake this company could have made. That’s not adding value to get subscriptions, just garbage business practice. I’m open to paying for subscriptions if they add value but holding our existing trades and assets hostage is not the move. I refuse to use this app until they change their ways.

  • Stole All Our Data - eToro are Thieves

    Using Delta for years, sharing it online and speaking highly of it for years, shared it with countless people in real life, and then out of nowhere they stole all users’ data and put a paywall between them and their data so you have to pay to get your data back. They give clunky .CSV files of all transactions, but not quantities held, so you have to export each portfolio one by one, and now I’m working on summing all buy and sell transactions of every asset in each separate CSV file to calculate each and every holding. Screw eToro.
