    Porque 😡las cámaras se desconectan a cada rato del wifi Y porque me están cobrando el plan de tres cámaras si ya les dije desde hace medio año que solamente tengo 2 cámaras 😡y porque ustedes no tienen un número para servicio al cliente, me choca🥵 todo tiene que ser por mensaje y no arreglan nada y para colmo se quedan con la información de tu pago para que así te cobran lo que quieran. Y si ya no quieres el servicio 😩lo siguen cobrando llevo mucho tiempo con ustedes como para que se aprovechen de esa manera……

    - The live feed is ridiculously jerky; - The feed at night is over-saturated and grainy. Add to that, any street lights or residential lighting, washes out the field of view; - Approaching vehicle headlights ALSO wash out the field of view; - WHY CAN’T IT SHOW THE CURRENT, LIVE VIEW when the app is opened? It always shows an earlier image. By the time the live camera review is recovered, the object that WAS at the door, or outside, IS GONE! - BACKGROUND SNOOPING? WHY does the phone heat up as the feed is viewed? This is using a NEW phone (and a new battery). Lots of concerns. I’ll keep shopping elsewhere.

    Not sure which of the last few updates was the culprit, but my Wyze 3 is basically useless for detecting/recording relevant movement (SPECIFICALLY movement in my pre-identified detection zones). There’s a tree outside of the detection zone that is still in its line of sight, and it constantly triggers the cam, regardless of what settings I change.

    When they work they work pretty well but Wyze made the same mistake many companies do they stuck there hands in too many different projects and didn’t stay focused on home security and home automation. They truly missed the boat when it comes to any real level of customer service. When you call you get some out of country person who doesn’t know the first thing about Wyze products and has to read from whatever system they have to give even the most basic support. When you know more than they do about it and tell them none of their suggestions worked because you did all that before you called they tell you they will pass it on to some other team who never ever gets back to you with a solution. Their is no tier level support so, issues can be escalated. This is the biggest downfall of Wyze as a company, and the owners should take notice as this has been an ongoing complaint from customers for years now. I talked the non-profit I work for into switching away from another company over to Wyze in all of our recovery homes and having used Wyze for years I installed all of the cameras and got us online. As soon as we had a problem with notifications I reached out for support and 3 months later I still have no solution from Wyze. If Wyze wants to ever grow bigger they seriously need to build out a true reliable customer service team because I would never use the home security side of the service Eden though I own all the equipment to set it up because I don’t have faith in their ability to do what needs to be done when it comes to security being they cannot even get the customer service aspect of things right.

    Been having experiences with these Wyze cams and services that are less than stellar. Too many issues with cams not responding to commands and pretty needing to reboot on a regular basis.

    Just burned another hour and half trying to get 2 cameras that were working previously to connect. Deleted and re-added them 4 or 5 times each. No luck. Why am I surprised? The app and product always have been and continue to be terrible. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've written the same review, lol
  • Used to be the Best, Now Barely Works

    Wyze used to be the beat home security camera on the market. Free 12 second clips and free playback if using a microSD card. In the past couple years, they went from being the best to barely functional. Live camera feeds are incredibly slow to load, don’t even try to use the playback feature. Cameras that were purchased with the free 12 second cloud playback will not keep the feature of you ever need to remove and readd them to your account. Probably will just switch to Ring or another mainstream product if Wyze can’t at least get the loading speed back to a reasonable level.

    Currently my cameras are flashing blue and are recording but I’m not able to view it live . Wyze support forums are going bananas right now with reports of users having the same issue , we need an app update and this issue resolved as soon as possible . Till then one star.
