It is very difficult To access content of the interview

I am now waiting 2 hours for a 1 hour 14 min meeting transcription and the app says shortly

Otter AI is mostly working but there are definitely glitches. Missed recording two sessions. Dk how to delete some info. Other difficulties navigating

Downloaded the app and started getting spam emails. How can that be? The app itself worked and did as it stated. I deleted the app over the spam email.

Until the recent upgrade the a file would be created upon recording then it would do the translation in 1min or less. Now it transcribes as it goes today the transcription continued 35 min beyond the actual recording. I am looking for a different application. Makes no sense

Skip otter and go with fireflies. Thank me later. They do not integrate with anything. They have continually prioritized the wrong features. They’ve made it really hard to cancel and throw tons of discounts at you when you do try to cancel and have a zero refund policy even if you auto renewed the annual plan and just realized immediately after you were charged. Having transcripts and screenshots are great but if you have to use Otter in order to find them because they don’t integrate into your system, then they don’t work well for you. when I started with Otter a year and a half ago, they were just as good as fire flies. Fireflies has shown that they are innovating way faster than otter, and now they are multiple times better than they are. TheirAI actually understands the context of your transcripts and gives you tons ofApplicable features and value based on the kind of meeting that you’re having. They’ll even give feedback on your sales calls, include sentiment scores and all sorts of added value beyond what other has even thought of.

I have a few meetings a day and I’m not able to keep everything in order. Otter makes all the pain go away. The feature to search conversations is awesome. But what I like best is that I can ask AI for its opinion and ideas, what are some assumptions based on the conversation, you name it.

I downloaded this app in a pinch because I needed to transcribe some audio. I paid $16 to transcribe the entire thing but it will not let me copy the full text using my iPhone so that I can move that text somewhere else. Then it requires me to login on my MacBook to copy and paste the full text but using my Apple ID, which is how I signed up it will not let me login on my Mac. I’ve wasted $16 and my time. I will passionately, recommend anyone considering this app to not download it.
