  • Good but could be better

We should be able to organize by list names as well as task names, but we need more themes. The colors are really boring. I suppose you want to use a custom color depending on the list you're making it's very limited and if you put things in your day to do and you don't finish them by a day they need to stay there for the next day instead of all vanishing out so you should try to figure out what you were supposed to do that you didn't get done the day before.

I have been using Microsoft Todo App for a few years now and I am very impressed with its features and performance. It is easy to use, syncs across all my devices, and integrates well with other Microsoft products. I especially like the smart lists, the reminders, and the shared lists that allow me to collaborate with my team, We can assign tasks, track progress, and communicate easily within the app. It has made our work more organized and productive. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a simple yet powerful tool for managing tasks.

I was a big fan of Wunderlist. Since MS has taken it over it has had some issues. Generally it's okay. As a person that has spent a lot of time studying time management, there are a number of key improvements that could be made. Overall though, it is my preferred solution for task management.

  • MS To Do Frequent App Crashing and Exception Error

To Do for Mac incurs frequent crashes. The exception errors had been more frequent (multiple time daily) previously, but it still occurs (once a day or every other day).

Very easy and straightforward. Create a Microsoft account, and install the app on any device you have (Phone, Tablet, Desktop, Laptop), regardless whether its Windows, Mac, iOS, Android or iPadOS, then login with the same account. IT JUST WORKS!!!
  • Frustrating app

I have stuck with this app for many years now, because I used to love Wunderlist. Ever since Microsoft bought them and rebranded as Microsoft To Do the product has gone downhill. My biggest pet peeve is that when I use it on my iPhone it will often quit. I’ll be in the middle of entering a task or subtask and before I can press “enter” it will quit…multiple times. When I’m forced to try to put in a single task item 3 or 4 times it makes me want to throw my phone out the window.
  • Significant performance problems

There’s considerable lag when scrolling (and spinning rainbows) on Mac. Performance is much better on iOS. Please fix this app.

I can't even believe microsoft would put out a product so glitchy. The main task function doesn't even work. I tried downloading and reinstalling and this still did nothing. Terrible app.

Handy way to keep track of all sorts of lists. A little irksome that support was suddenly dropped for Mojave. Also a little irksome - I can’t stop myself from searching for this app with “to do” ….and this app isn’t findable with those terms — although it’s findable with just “to.”
