    I had another fitness app that I liked, but I felt like the workouts weren’t geared toward someone with two kids, 40+ hours per week of employment, extra curriculars, etc. I tried this app on a whim not thinking the wall pilates would do much for me (the other app I was using was much more intense). But I am shocked. I now try to walk at least 1.5 miles per day on top of one of these workouts and have seen noticeable results within 1 month. I’m going to stick with it for another few months and see how it goes, but so far so good.

    I’ve been using Better Me for about nine months. The way they designed the app allowed me to be consistent and accomplish my goals. I’ve lost 26 of the 30 pounds I’m trying to use so far and feel confident I’ll get the other four off soon. I’m also stronger, more flexible and more toned than I’ve ever been. My husband said I am a walking advertisement for Better Me. I’m so happy to share about my success and encourage others to use this app to achieve theirs!

    I am 5’9” 230 lb. and am 40. Activities of daily living kept me with plenty of excuses not to go to the gym. This app has made such a difference since I am more in tune with my body. Calisthenics and mastering my body mass has made for a progressive and challenging workout routine each day. My aim is to come out of and maintain a healthy weight of 200 (I.e. get out of obesity and into low overweight range) You will love it.

I love that they have coaches available as needed and articles to help my thinking process beat the bad habits that are so ingrained. I love the daily prompts to eat and exercise. And I love that the encouragement isn’t to omit any food totally. Works great for me!!!!
