    I first used this app a few years ago in California with friends I only paid for my ride and spent the whole day riding around town. It was a lot of fun and affordable I think I paid $25-30. I recently decided to try them in Phoenix az with my friends on a hot day and they didn’t have the app and I noticed I could pay for a group ride on my app. I didn’t notice anything pop up for how the priceing worked and the heat was beating down on us so I was focused on getting them started. We rode around town for a hour in a half maybe 2 hours then towards the end of the day I noticed my card was charged over 15 times for a total of $450.00 😳 come to find out the app automatically loads a certain amount to start the ride and keeps reloading thru out your ride for a ridiculous 30 cents a minute for each scooter in the group ride. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone from the bird app for customer support besides their automatic select your problem chat to which they emailed me sorry about your luck pretty much. I have deleted this app and encourage everyone that does to be careful to not let this happen to you. This bird app is corrupted I’m also noticing in the comments they allow people take the scooters out of zone but charge them for that as well.

    Used it ONCE and paid for the ride with credit card. Said I still owed $2.12 after 3 months of not using the app whatsoever.
