    I never received a refund after 2 weeks of my order not being completed, I attempted contact with support twice and still haven’t heard a peep, don’t spend your money on this app

    I cannot figure out how to get a refund. i purchased a cameo 2 weeks ago and it expired before it could be completed, however there isnt a clear way to get my money back. after attempting to figure out how to get a refund, i tried to reschedule instead, hoping the cost would be covered. instead, i was met with not only another charge, but a price TWICE the amount i payed last time!!!! this is a scam

    I sent a request for a birthday message, put my credit card information in and waited seven days just to have my request expire. You shouldn’t have talent/celebrities on this app if they’re not going to respond. It’s very disappointing.

    They fool you into that you’ll be refunded. But aren’t clear that they just give you your credits back. And your money is gone.

    The app works great, but the talent ghosted and never responded 2 of the 3 times I used Cameo. It’s very frustrating to not receive the exciting gift you order and then have to run out for something else last minute.
