    If the creator doesn’t fulfill your order, they will not give you a refund. They will give you a they will give you a credit for the app, even if you don’t plan on using the app in the future after the bad experience. Also, they do not answer emails I’ve emailed them at least five times and never got a response.

    You pay up front to write a short message, but there’s no guarantee of any response. Isn’t that gambling - paying for a chance reward? That there’s no requirement for them to respond to decline, your left waiting for a week to see if they do or not. Without complete transparency, there’s no proof your message gets to the person you’ve chosen. Cameo could simply take the money and claim the person saw your message and just didn’t accept. Easy money for them. I feel scammed, so cannot recommend this to anyone.

    I have had some success and some disappointment. Hard to get the “stars” to actually fulfill the requests. At least the actresses of Charmed. Tried several times, never happens. Also, I can’t seem to get a refund. They will allow me to use it on someone else, but that’s not the point. Should allow people to get their money back.
