    I came into the Glade Park store in Euless and tried to use my app. My app was advertising buy three and get three free for the body care skin products. The manager told me that her store did not participate in this. Therefore, they did not honor the app and only gave me buy three and get two free. I did not like her attitude, and I did not not appreciate the fact that the app was advertising one thing and the store honored another. Not good business. Unimpressed!

    App is fine but default store always reverts to NON DEFAULT choice. Continually changing store - and my zip code is exactly the same as the default store. ???

    I downloaded the Bath and Body Works app for the first time a few days ago hoping for the bonus points. I did it during the promotion yet still haven’t received any. Seems dishonest to me.
