    In my personal opinion, this is the best video editor out there! Hands down! I appreciate the work that went into making this available even for free users! Thank you! 😊 But please! After a certain update, all my likes and number of remakes reset! I had 500 remakes, but then one day after the update, it reset to like 100 something! And by now I should’ve had 1k remakes! Please help this bug! 🙏🏼 And in addition, I can no longer view the remakes on my videos! I press the button to view them, but it does nothing! Please fix that!

    Really love this app a lot. App gets pretty glitchy if making videos that are 3+ minutes long. Provides everything I need to edit. The subscription is just way too much money.

    I really can’t rate the app properly because I barely used it and I’m not sure of all its features, but I have to leave a review to warn others about the subscription policy. I signed up for the free trial just so I could finish a project with a couple pro features—and was under the impression that I had a month to cancel. Maybe it’s different on the web version than in the app, but NOWHERE during that confirmation did it say I would be getting charged $10 every WEEK. They send out no warning emails or notifications before charging your card, so I only found out about this because an email from my bank popped up on my phone, and I realized they’ve been charging me every week for almost a month, for an app I’ve barely used. I think it’s really sneaky and scammy to automatically put someone on the most expensive plan when you sign up for the free trial, and not clarify which plan it is. Even within the app, it’s almost impossible to know what you’re paying because when you view your membership, it just says “you’re a subscriber”, but doesn’t display which plan you’re on, how much you’re paying, etc. I had to go on the apple support page to even see that. I didn’t even know there were different plans or a monthly plan because it doesn’t say that in the app anywhere. I found all that out, and about the refund policy, from Videoleap’s help page for the website version, but the refund policy isn’t anywhere in the app either. Not to mention the refund policy is laughable—14 days from when you originally signed up to decide and after that you’re screwed. Really unreasonable especially when charging weekly and people live busy lives. I think it’s really unprofessional for the app to be set up this way, where you don’t even know what plan you’re subscribed to and you can’t even get a refund for weekly payments you didn’t know they were taking. The app should have just as much information as the website does. So feel free to use the app, but definitely don’t start any plan. I’m now out $50 because of a scammy, poorly communicated subscription service with a refund policy that is basically nonexistent.

    Videoleap is literally the backbone of my YouTube channel. I depended on this to get my videos done. If you want to gate keep everything with your $10/week plan then at least let us export as many projects as we like. Trash move you made, limiting exports to only 4 per day.

    I’ve been using this app since 2020, and I’m very comfortable in it and I love it! But I really wish it was available for MacOS because at times it’s literally impossible for me to export projects and I find myself being limited by that. It’s so sad and frustrating that i can’t use the app’s full potential because of the limitations of IOS.

    The AI voices I bought are missing all of a sudden, I already refreshed the app, restarted my phone and updated the app but still. & even when I tried to use them they wouldn’t work so I’d love a refund for all the voices I bought if this continues.

    I’ve been using Videoleap since 2018, since 2020 there’s been a shift in how the app functions. It’s becoming clear they aren’t making the money they need so they’re beginning to paywall everything little by little to forcefully make you give in to paying for a subscription. Which I will not. I’ve instead downloaded other apps that do the same if not more than Videoleap because I refuse to pay a subscription to.. reverse the video?? I can only export a video 4 times a day?? And the app is flooded with pushing AI it’s so weird😭 Absolutely not. I’m disappointed because I remember once telling all my friends Videoleap is so convenient, and was THE way to edit on mobile.. But now? I tell them to use the app I currently use now instead of Videoleap. Because it’s genuinely a waste of time. The features that are available, are still cool though, so 2 stars for that^^

    I’ve been a subscriber and user for years. I love using this app, but my biggest hangup is that they discontinued the stickers and animation option last year. It allowed so many more opportunities for me to be creative. Still does, but Importing pngs from Giphy or other apps just adds extra steps that make it not as fun anymore. I Love the audio, sound effects, stock images, online community of templates, etc. but if I know that I need a lot of sticker usage, I’ll just edit my video with a different app.

    I’ve been a paying pro member for years. I’ve seen this app come a long way. The AI templates are a great feature however they’re very redundant. It seems the AI focus has removed some key features that regular users really need. Perfect example I needed to edit a video and blur out a portion of the background. This used to be super easy and user-friendly. But that feature has seemed to disappear. Please bring back these simple features that we regularly use and make it intuitive.
