    The most recent "update" completely wiped my meal planning calendar. So now I have a week of groceries in my fridge with no clue what recipes they are for! Nevermind all if the other recent glitches like not being able to add to the grocery list from the meal planner. So sad. I really rely heavily on this app every day. And there is not a replacement that I've found that I like (compared to when this one was working well), but I might jump ship soon. Very frustrating. The app feels abandoned which is sad because it's such a good concept.

    As of this latest update to 26.2.1, the web version of the app is completely broken. Just seeing a blank page. In the iPhone app, I lost 4 months of meals in my planner. Reaching out for help is very hard to find. When I finally found an email, I got an automated reply but have not heard form a human (or even a bot) in over 24 hours. This is unacceptable.

  • Buggy-update Lost my recipes and meal plans

    Update-there was an app update a couple days ago. Most of my saved recipes are gone now. My meal plan that I did for the rest of the month-gone. First, let me start by saying this app has some great features...that is when they work. The web browser especially is glitchy. The entire bottom inch of the window doesn't work. You can visually see the mouse icon change when you hover over that particular area of the screen. Another thing is that the program doesn't have a way to contact support. There is at least a link on the web browser for that, but it leads nowhere. There is no where on the app itself to be able to contact support to put an issue in.

    I have loved this app and used it for many many years. I loved planning my meals, having it populate to a grocery list, and then being able to shop Walmart grocery directly from there. The last six months to a year, though, there have been so many glitches. It will no longer shot my list for menus that are in the future, and it will no longer shop the Walmart grocery app. I am so sad and frustrated as I have spent years adding all of my recipes to this app. I hope they can fix it.

    I have been using the gold for 8+ years now and while it was amazing in the past (a real life saver) it now hardly ever works and appears unsupported by ownership. I can’t even get my meals to make a grocery list. I will not be renewing my gold status and unfortunately will need to move to a better supported meal planning app.

    I heavily rely on this app but it has had too many glitches over the last year that I wish I wouldn’t have renewed my subscription because they still haven’t been fixed even though support has said the issues are resolved. Such a bummer! It was amazing before.

  • Not working anymore

    Used to be such a great app. Now it has so many glitches. I can’t order from Walmart as the Walmart shopping won’t load in app. Categories don’t display until refresh. Sometimes can’t click buttons, won’t recognize touches and scroll. Quality has really gone downhill, like they’re not using the app to know what needs to be fixed and just doing basic iOS required updates to packets without looking at functionality. Please fix or I’m cancelling my subscription and moving all my recipes.

    I’ve used this app for years and have so many recipes in it! Now I think it’s no longer being maintained. And there’s no way to log a support request. I’ll be migrating elsewhere.

    I’ve used this app for years and I can’t add a menu plan now. It’s crashes automatically. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, turned my phone off and on, kicked it, punched it- nothing! Please fix this!
