  • New app logo is hideous

I can’t believe how ugly the new app logo is. It’s just black text on a queasy, bright greenish/yellow. It used to be so nice to look at. Now I’m ashamed to have it on my Home Screen.

    Why did you do this
  • Kinda Works

I am fairly disappointed with this product. I am trying to sync my work contacts but the requirement to do so means I need to give access to my entire phonebook and contact list and I refuse to do that. Work should be work and personal life should remain personal. I also don’t feel like my phone rings the right way so I miss a lot of calls and messages. I feel like I’ve set it up properly but I guess it is what it is.
  • Unauthorized Charges

Started a subscription without my permission around the time of the Quo turn in September 2025. I had already cancelled any subscription with them months before (I didn’t even know they had changed until I saw the charges in November. Currently in the process of seeing if I can get refunded.

Got to be the worst rebrand since Cracker Barrel. “Let’s come up with a word that means nothing, is hard to spell, and makes it way harder to verbally recommend to friends and colleagues”.

Everything is so jarring and obnoxious now. Really disappointed in all the changes.

Bad management, and bad agents in the company that led to this one star review!
  • Disappointed with Rebrand. Bring back the old icon!

I'm a long-time user, and this rebrand to "Quo" is disappointing. The new app icon is terrible, generic and a huge downgrade from the distinct OpenPhone logo. It's frustrating to be forced to use it. Please, listen to your users. Give us the option to use the old icon back!
  • The worst product and service

I do not recommend this at all. There are hidden charges and they charge you double. When you contact them they say they can’t do anything, that all charges are non-refundable. The text messages don’t work, the phone calls get disconnected. Just the worst.

It worked great before the name changed. Not sure if it has anything to do with it.
