    Open phone is a love hate relationship. It’s nice because my entire team, including me, get the call at one time. Now if only that always worked! Many times it will only ring on one or two phones, almost always our owners phones, so when we are in meeting or working the call doesn’t get answered. It happens a lottttt. We have put in many help tickets. Trouble shot. Lots of stuff. Other friends with openphone report the same. But we recently upgraded our plan so hopefully that will help. There is an option for voicemail and auto replies which is great! But do they work right, lol no. 🫠 Also, customer service is not easy to reach or fast. 24 hour email turn around time. Positive aspect is the AI conversation summary and transcribes that are there.

    The sign up process is providing your name and validating a cell phone number. That is it. As soon as I provided this information, my account was blocked. And received an invasive email asking for me to email them my Social Security Number and a picture of my ID via plain text unsecured email. Massive privacy violation.

    You have created an awesome app, it works perfectly for us… Sometimes I wish we had a clearer connection on phone calls with a little less lag, but that may be inherent to Internet calls. I’m not sure…

    Getting a phone number is the easy part. Using it requires training, of which there is none other than trial and error. Expect as much if you sign up and use this.
