    By far the best kept secret for any business or an individual. 1. Multiple numbers on a single platform 2. Auto messaging 3. Timed messaging 4. Built in scripting 5. Apps on every platform plus an awesome web experience 6. For those that know Zapier, their integrations are simply killer vs the competition. If you are trying to run a business, run several businesses, manage sales team, or want multiple personal number OpenPhone is a no brainer. Did I mention its the most budget friendly option compared to its competitors. What an amazing platform. Wow, seriously, you are missing out if this isn’t on the bottom 4 apps on your iOS dock. If I could give it 5 extra stars I would. Killer job OpenPhone team, couldn’t run a successful business without you.

    Takes FOREVER to get any kind of support and they’re not open on weekends. Make sure you choose a phone provider that has quick support. I’m having technical issues and it’s been beyond 48 hours and I have no solution. If you’re running a business, solo or with staff, DO NOT DO IT… and don’t advertise with the number.

    I’ve had problems since connecting my business in with OP. my customers don’t answer as they say I show up as “spam”. My texts and calls go through only ~1/2 the time. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times with no assistance back. Pretty frustrating to say the least but the harder part is I made the switch on Google / biz signs all so will make it hard to switch to an alternative option.

    I’ve given OpenPhone access to my Contacts. However, OpenPhone has not done me the courtesy of syncing with Contacts which stays current with iCloud. How do you propose I deal with this situation? My address book cannot look like a teen age athletes bedroom. Right now it is ful of current stuff and old stuff. What a mess. Have you a sync button hidden somewhere? Leaving the app open shows no background recovery work in process. I’m disappointed.

  • Extremely laggy, doesn’t switch between WiFi and cellular data.

    Calls are extremely difficult due to a long lag making it so people just end up talking over each other. If a call is initiated on cellular data it will drop when switching to WiFi data.
