  • WhatsApp doesn’t receive message and no interaction with Shopify.

    How come my customers contacts is no integrated with Shopify as well there is no link to text to this number available. I did try Sona assistant she is ok, not best. If I knew it was not integrating with Shopify I would never use sona when they charge me for the whole year and now I’m stuck without proper tools for my website for clients to reach me

    It’s a good option if you’re on WiFi. However, if you’re driving around, it drops the call or not able to connect, inbound or out. I tried two carriers, Verizon and T-Mobile. The features are good, the call is stable and also able to text from the same number. It keeps the conversations together which is helpful if you’re trying to see when your last contact was.

    Had a couple small issues signing up and porting numbers. Everything was resolved quickly, price is right and the service is excellent. Everything works as smoothly and as simply as you’d hoped it would. Very happy.

  • Detrimental to small business

    Business hours are buggy and force you to not receive calls or texts after 7pm. Had to change it 3-4 times before it stuck. If you turn business hours off you don’t receive calls at all. After some time with a smooth experience I go to check my messages to find that I’ve been logged out (who knows for how long) After logging back in all my call and message history is gone. Very disappointed.

    Love the shortcuts and the collaboration features OP provides, just iffy in the signal. Sometimes the call lags, sometimes people can’t hear me at all. If their actual phone was better this rating would be 5 stars

    It has been working great. The reception is sometimes spotty but overall good. There was an issue with AI and call summary transcript but was resolved within a week.

    Absolute terrible customer support. The minute you sign up you can never talk to them again. I’m running my business through a line in the account is currently canceled because every time I try to update the payment it gives me an error message. I’ve been trying to reach Support, but you’re not allowed to call them and they never respond to email. This is an awful company and do not make the mistake. I did and run your business through run their phone numbers. It’s highly Unreliable

    I liked open phone when I first started using it, but now it’s getting buggy and too difficult to get up with customer service to get some answers. AI chat bot is useless.
