    Although the service seems to work well most of the time. In the two months that I’ve had it, my service has been down for about five times. I was really hoping for a more reliable phone service for my business. Every time the phone service is down those are customers that are unable to reach me and unable to leave a message

    I live in an area with fast internet. None of my devices have any issues connecting to the internet and no issues with any apps. But there is not a day that I call without even one issue with OpenPhone. Today I got a new batch of leads that I paid a lot of money for. NONE of the calls I made went through even though the phone on the other side got a missed call. I never even heard the dial- just a hang up. It’s been a horrible experience with OpenPhone especially since they changed their name to Quo.

    All in all - it’s a solid work phone. The only issue can be a bit of a delay when you’re on the phone, but texting is good, calls for the most part are fine.

    This app has helped increase my productivity in my business by soo much it’s crazy. I can work from my phone, my laptop, everything syncs so quickly and I’m able to manage all my clients and conversations seamlessly. Plus there are so many in app functionalities that are so simple and easy to use that make you wonder why don’t more apps have this and they’re still improving. Can’t wait for the Ai text auto response feature to come out

    I cannot get a hold of anybody in support and I’ve been trying since Saturday. I understand it was the weekend, but my business operates on the weekend. However, we have been shut down because of this product since last week and I cannot get support to fix it.

    I signed up for the free trial and then when I was unsatisfied with the service, they will not let me unassociated my phone number with Quo without upgrading to a paid plan. Customers cannot get a hold of me because when they text me their messages go to an inbox. I don’t have access to since I canceled my free trial. I have been trying to get support for days with no results.
