    The text to speech function has drastically reduced in quality, which is sad because it’s the only reason I use this app so much. It’s incredibly buggy regardless if I’m using cellular data or Wi-Fi.

    I signed up for a membership and tried to cancel. I tried to follow their direction and it says I have no membership to cancel, this is suspicious as they have tried charging me 4 separate times. Then they want me to provide them the app and phone OS details. They are also wanting information that they should be able to find out themselves. Their customer service is poor.

    While I do enjoy the books this app has brought me the one big issue for me is the TTS issue idk how long this will take to be fixed but it’s been going on for months

    Best for casual readers otherwise it gets really expensive. You will have to sort through a lot of chaff for the few genuine good gems. The text box for comments and reviews is awful! Hard to correct text and wants to steal your clipboard even if you don’t try to paste.

    Rewards are too confusing on how to use. Ex- I’ve got 20 Fast Passes but can’t use them because apparently there are different types of Fast Passes and most are only good for one specific book. So it takes forever to build up rewards with a Fast Pass you can use on the story you’re reading and each chapter requires 3-5 of these passes so far. Coins are even slower to build up because you don’t get many in rewards and more are required per chapter. Still don’t understand what points are even for. Overall, don’t recommend getting started with readings book in this app unless you want to either spend a lot of money or an eternity getting through just one story.

    I have had this App for about about year with no problem. Today, I get charged $9.99. When I try to cancel my subscription, it shows nothing. Of course I can’t find any way to contact them. Why can’t they be honest?

    I liked everything about the app until this specific issue regarding vouchers. So I already had a voucher applied when I then decided to obtain another voucher in the daily limited store. After obtaining a voucher in the daily limited store, it automatically activated itself without stacking with the previous voucher that was currently being applied. The previous voucher that was set to run out in 17 hours got overridden and thus the voucher that I just obtained is the only one that is now being applied. I was at first expecting the daily limited voucher to stay dormant and not be applied until the already applied voucher to expire, but when it did activate, I then expected for both vouchers to stack together and yet that wasn’t the case either . Now I lost the previous voucher and is now hoping you guys to fix that so that it doesn’t reoccur.

    I bought a month long membership and it got renewed automatically so I cancelled the subscription and for the current month they discontinued my membership entirely and never refunded the money, bunch of scammers that steal your money and their stories, although decent are way to expensive, could buy a library for the price of one story

    I’ve had this app for a really long time and I’ve seen the growth that has happened on this app. I’ve seen the growth of the authors that writes fanfics/novels here but I’m seeing the decline in actual good novels im not super against harem like some people but I’m actually getting sick of them too many people are writing them and the ideas be awesome but delivery is actually dookiewater. And they drop the novel. Even when there is like contest for the books few can write a actual romance novel/ fanfic bc the readers are a bunch of D1 Gooners who antagonize the authors who write the another problem is that there are books that just sit there doing nothing is there a way to delete these novels/fanfics who stop writing and don’t put the book in complete or hiatus or something also can we not have people writing fanfics and then we go to read and it’s actually not what the tittle is but a thing sent to patreon like there don’t even be a sample chapter sometimes plus there is a lot of good books to read anymore novels are dwindling and fanfics are just are loosing its sparkle
