    DO NOT SIGN UP, even for the free trial!! I’m really disappointed with The Dyrt. I got the Pro version two years ago but barely used it the first year. I forgot to cancel auto-renew, fine, my mistake. But after turning off auto-renew, they still charged me AGAIN for another year. I reached out to customer service within an hour of the charge and was basically told “too bad, no refunds.” After looking at other reviews, it seems this happens A LOT. Shady business practices taking advantage of people.

  • Can’t log into profile

    I paid for a pro account but after updating a couple times it still won’t let me log back into my profile to access it

  • Won’t re-organize stops!

    For some reason, it keeps reverting everything after I try to re-organize my stops. I cannot get anything in order! What is wrong? You guys need to fix this!

  • Waste of Money

    I used the free trial to see what this app was about. Unfortunately I missed the cutoff to cancel and got charged $60. This app is not worth even close to $60 per year. Incredible scam in my opinion. I ended up finding camping spot that were t even on there.

  • The app watches your location and feeds popups and ads for reviews

    Terrible product ui design. The dyrt product team has created a popup that constantly takes over the screen demanding that you review a site if you are traveling. The app tracks your location and then when you start the app to actually *use it* for its intended purpose of finding a site, the app first pops up a screen blocker that demands you review the site for them for free because they want the data prior to using their app. I pay for the dyrt, and want to use the app for its intended purpose. Their ui product team needs to remove these pop ups and focus on the core user experience that actually drives the business.

    It seemed like a good idea. All the camping info in one app including free spots. The 7 day free trial made it easy to try. But NO. First, I was billed two days into the “free trial “ and guess what , they don’t do refunds! I have to go through Apple and there is no way to describe the issue, just a pull down menu and APPLE decides if you deserve a refund. Then there’s the app. The map feature is busy and not self explanatory, you have to learn what the symbols mean. I couldn’t tell if I was getting all the spots I had filtered for or just free camping and even then, it mis listed a day use Oregon State Park as a camping spot. We drove 20 miles out of our way for that. If you want to try it, don’t use Apple Pay, use a credit card so you can dispute if it doesn’t work out for you.

    I’m sure that Dyrt contains some good stuff, but wow this app doesn’t work. None of the buttons, like “choose dates” or even “see more” on a description of a campsite do ANYTHING. I hit them and absolutely nothing happens. Buggy app

  • Fraudulent charges

    If I could give these guys a big fat zero I would! I haven’t used this app in over two years. It was not still on my phone and I got a message from my bank regarding a charge from this app and it looked funny to them so they alerted me about it. I did not authorize anything to be put on my card. I even checked on my Apple store subscriptions and I am not subscribed to them at all! They tried to charge my card for $35.99 which was not authorized at all ever like I said I have not authorized anything. I no longer have the app on my phone and I haven’t used the app in over two years! So beware.

  • set an alert and got text for it 3 days after

    got premium to set up an alert for this past weekend and only got texts for it 3 days after i wanted to get a reservation, and it didn’t find anything anyways
