I have been using AutoSleep for almost a year to help figure out several sleep problems. I have shared the results with my sleep specialist, and they have been very helpful to both of us in pinpointing specific issues. This app is not a substitute for a full medical sleep study, but it is a good additional source of information. I am quite satisfied with it.

I love this app. I've been having trouble sleeping for a long time. I started a supplemental alternative AND this app. It has so much information. It helps me see my sleep quality each night. LOVE IT!

I love that this app has a single low fee rather than ongoing subscription costs. It won’t be terribly accurate in the first few days. You have to use the “adjust” button under the clock tab to pick the reading that agrees most with your experience for a while to teach it. Also make sure your settings are correct. If you wear your Apple watch while sleeping. You probably want to turn off the setting that assumes you are sleeping if your watch is charging. Similarly, you might want to turn on the setting that assumes you are awake when your phone is moving for more accuracy. It made me realize my mild asthma increases my nighttime respiratory rate to an unhealthy level and motivates me to use my daily inhaler. It also made it really obvious that I do get more restful sleep if I am more active the day before, which is also motivating. I could see how a sleep app could make an insomniac more anxious about how to make themselves sleep. But they might also find out patterns of what they do on days before better nights of sleep. For me, I always feel tempted to stay up late and do more fun things—and then get sleep deprived. This app gives me the motivation I need to go to bed and take care of myself instead. I could really see it adding years to my life. BTW, I got tricked into purchasing a year subscription to another sleep app. It charged me on day 6 of a week’s free trial. Anyway, all grumpiness about that aside. I would still choose the MUCH more affordable AutoSleep between the two.

For the first time in 45 years, I’m finally getting the proper amount of sleep each night—and it’s all thanks to this app. As a motivated student, career professional, and parent, sleep was something I always sacrificed in favor of other priorities. After recently retiring, I made a commitment to focus on my health, and sleep is a huge part of that. This app has truly served as an accountability partner, guiding me back to a healthy sleep routine. The insights and reporting are a huge motivator, keeping me on track and reminding me just how crucial sleep is for both my body and brain. I’m feeling more refreshed, alert, and better overall than I have in years. If you’re struggling with sleep or just want to prioritize your health, I can’t recommend this app enough. It’s been an essential tool in my journey to better health!

I rely on my AutoSleep Track on my Apple watch to record my sleep and to compare it to my Sleep Number bed report and see where I need to make changes in diet and exercise.

It helps a lot to understand the main health parameters of your sleep. To see how many hours of deep sleep you have every night and to see your oxygen levels, amongst others… I use it daily!
