Amuse Music Distribution

It was cool that it used to be free to release music through this service… but now it says I have to get the premium version to even post songs now. Cringe

This app is a good app considering I did not think it would work for some reason. Sure it requires a subscription but its worth it. Would you rather pay 100-200 dollars to publish one song or pay 20 dollars a year? Witch one? However please add widgets for apple that have like your streams, wallet and maybe more like your latest release because it is a hassle to open the app and have to go to it manually but with a widget it is right there. Please. Overall a good self publishing platform.

Please do not use this app if u are serious about your craft , in my short time using Amuse I was not amused (no pun intended) their customer service is Trash & customer support button in the app doesn’t even work so if u need help changing or fixing something u released u may as well chalk it up because they will not reply to your emails literally at all. I’ve been trying to get my song on my artist page for the last week & Amsue has been simply no help what so ever. I dropped a song last week & whenever u drop a song Via music distribution(Amuse, Distrokid , united masters etc.) they are supposed to create your artist page for u on All streaming services/platforms so your music uploads to the Rightful Channel , but instead of doing that Amuse just uploaded my song to any random artist page because we had the same rap name , they didnt take Any precautions prior to uploading my song to streaming services , I thought that before they upload your song to Apple Music , Spotify , YouTube Music that they would at least make sure your music would be Going to the correct artist page but Nope i was wrong , I had to go search for it & Wait days for it to be taken down. I even had to contact Apple Music directly because Amuse was no help at all & Apple Music actually helped me get my official artist page created (Not Amuse) & put my song on the right channel but I was weary of the same Problem happening in the future when I release music via Amuse so I decided in the end to just Take my song off all music platforms & Delete my Amuse account , I watched a few videos & read some reviews on distrokid & that seems to be where i’ll be headed. Best of luck to all You artists trying to make it out there. If i could give zero stars for a rating i would.

First off, I really like to give developers the benefit of the doubt. But this app is just not working for me. My releases aren’t up. They don’t show up in the stores on the day they’re supposed to. Support is virtually impossible. I get an error message every time I go to the support store. also get a message that says “we will be back tomorrow”. On a weekday in the middle of the day. I would just like somebody to get back to me and it’s impossible. I suggest finding another way for your releases. 🤷‍♂️

need to pay for SO MUCH and for some reason it just stopped letting me release without upgrading. terrible “free” distribution app.

As much as I really want to like and use this app I can’t it never works for me this time I’m not allowed to make a account last time they said give up to 30 days and never got back to me now I have to pay for distro…..

Said “release in 48-72hrs” with premium subscription and it still will take 10 days to release

I used to use amuse all the time I went on there to release a new song but now u have to pay 19.99 to release anything anymore so I have deleted the app and will be finding another to release music on

Gives all artists the basics and shows how to grow music. Most def recommend

If you buy a subscription, it is not possible to downgrade or end your subscription. Once you buy it, you will have it for life and Amuse will keep on taking $60 dollars out of your account and there is nothing you can do about it.
