    Previously before the subscription update I paid for the boost subscription. Now that you have revamped and added new subscriptions I cannot access amenities I could previously access like uploading my song to instagram and TikTok without upgrading to the new subscription even though my yearly subscription for boost is still active. It is not fair that I have to upgrade my subscription to access things I ALREADY had access to, especially while my subscription is still active. It's just crazy that first this app goes from being free to charging, then changing the subscription AGAIN, and forcing you to upgrade to the new subscription service even when your old subscription is active what a joke

    I’ve used Amuse for years but, I switched last year to DistroKid because uploading a new album and distributing it takes too much time in comparison, I also HATE the black and yellow GUI, it’s so early 2010s and dull. They should take a cue from DistroKid and bring back some light and color. Or give us the option to switch between day and night modes. Also, 7 bucks a month premium subscription isn’t bad, but DistroKid still gets your music out quicker. Uploading also needs to be made easier. Other than that, pretty solid app.

    Used this service years ago. Went to go use it again and it’s just another company that has succumbed to the subscription model. Stupid, and sad.

    And we’re back on another failed release. This time it’s been WEEKS since the release date and I’ve had NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. I’ve reached out to them multiple times with 4-5 day gaps between them. Still nothing. I’ve NEVER had it this bad with amuse but then again, this is what I should expect from them. I gave all needed information to their support email and nothing. What do I even do? They’re basically holding my music hostage and for what? I’d attempt to switch distributors if amuse would be any sort of help but feels like I myself I’m stuck here too. But 2 weeks nothing is absolutely terrible on your behalf. Can I ever release this. Let alone ever release something ON TIME. Amuse. You’ve failed yet again

    i sent two emails about my songs not showing up in the USA but no one responds. I sent an email before those two about this issue and it was answered but they told me it was live, yes i know it’s live but i want it live in the USA TOO🤦‍♂️
  • Upload process doesn't work with iPhone 16 Pro and great wi fi connection

    I troubleshooted this for hours. I have used my phone with Dropbox for years, uploads and downloads are very fast. But this bounces from 0% to 2% and maybe a bit more then back down again. Have been distributor-shopping from another one who isn't bad but has tons of extra charges.

    I bought a subscription to upload music, and immediately my account was banned. After emailing support, they claimed I had created an account using an email that had been banned before — which is not true. They said they have a system that checks everything, but there’s no way for me to get a refund or defend myself against these false claims.

    I had been with amuse for years and any time my song got put on an artificial playlist (totally out of my control), Spotify for artists would ask me to have them send over my information and they said they couldn’t. In return, they fined me over 20 dollars in total fines even after taking my music down. This company only cares about themselves and I highly recommend using another distributor that actually cares about artists. Amuse only cares about money.
  • Non stop glitches and no customer service

    This app is garbage. They didn’t approve my release bc of a mistake I made on the artwork. so I went to go “fix it” because that’s what they require and they don’t allow me upload anything. I tried from the website and the app over the course of 3 days probably over 20 times. Every single time I upload the image I get a message saying the upload failed. If I magically don’t get the message, I then go click on the next button and it’s stuck. There’s also no way to get in touch with them. What kind of company doesn’t have customer service?! Garbage. Will be taking my business elsewhere
