  • Half the time the train and bus lines disappear, and don’t come up when you search for them.

How does the R, N AND W just disappear into thin air. Such a mystery.

I don’t think I’m the only one experiencing this issue. Every time I try to plan for travel, it gives me everything but the fastest time and route and it makes no sense! Don’t get me started on the bus times…never accurate. There really is no point of this app with all the issues
  • Horrible Service 😒

Don’t know what was going on with MTA’s service on Fulton Street going to Broadway Junction but both bus and train service sucked😒

I don’t like the new updates makes it harder to navigate
  • No Idea Where Their Own Buses Are!

This app is correct about 10% of the time. There are times where I am sitting on a bus for two stops after I get on and the app is saying it hasn’t reached my original boarding location. Besides fantom buses that never appear the general timing is off by over one minute. You can be running to get a bus and it will have passes two minutes before. buses

Didn’t realize this was the app I was supposed to be using. I think it’s better than the old transit app

They explicitly advertise in the app that you pay $9 as a permanent fee, but then you get signed up for a subscription. Also the widgets will only show stations, not specific lines at a station, which is too busy. Nevertheless it’s the best I’ve seen for non-tourists
