    I am a long time paying user and am ready to give up. I have a few sleep apps, most using data collected by my watch, and one part of my tempurpedic bed. This app produces results that are sometimes so different from the others that it is almost comic. The others produce results that make more sense - with similar outcomes. Last night is a perfect example. SleepWatch “detected” 8 hours and 45 minutes of sleep. Apple Health and the bed AI tracker report 6 hours and 45 minutes of sleep. These latter results fit how last night felt for me.

    Overall, the app is pretty great and tracks a lot of info regarding sleep. There’s a section to add “tags” for pre-sleep behaviors for each night.. and there are a lot of preset options to choose from, but I don’t see an option to add/create your own tag. Ex: I searched “magnesium” and didn’t see it as a tag option. Also, would be more efficient if those were a list of checkboxes instead of having to navigate between screens, and if you had the ability to see a chart w/ which tags were most commonly associated with high sleep scores. As a psych provider, sleep hygiene can be a tough sell and this app would be a more useful resource for many patients if that section were more customizable.. w/ the ability to assess sleep onset, duration, quality, and morning wakefulness related to changes in behaviors. I might have missed these options as I’m just getting used to the app, and maybe it’s more for identifying health risks, but seems like a great opportunity to create buy-in when it comes to sleep hygiene. Overall, I find the app useful and will continue using it myself if there aren’t other apps out there with these capabilities!

  • Refresh multiple time to get all information…

    Only four stars. I have to refresh my watch and cell phone sleep app a minimum of three times before time to fall asleep status box to appear. Then refresh again for the actual time to appear. I hold my cell in the hand where I wear match and try to sync refreshing both devices.

  • No longer connects to phone

    I have a paid subscription, used to automatically connect to watch to phone to show, but now after many attempts all day for the past 6 months it’s useless and waste of money. I go to help - update 7 days and still nothing. Restarted phone, and still missing data. My watch also no longer shows data. It says no data available- so what’s the use in wearing in and keep charging it? How come my other apps on my watch connect to my iPhone, but SleepWatch no longer does?? Waste of money!

    Been using SleepWatch for years. Suddenly it does not show sleep score. And it is showing big ads right in the middle of the iPhone screen.
