    Was a good app until the last few months it failed to track. In October it tracked 13/31 days. Not necessarily in consecutive order. No longer a reliable source of tracking sleep data.

    everything in this app is good except for HAVING TO HAVE PREMIUM FOR SLEEP SOUNDS.
  • Only showed my RAM cycle for one day

    I bought the premium version only to see the RAM cycle however, I’ve been using the app for a week and it only showed me my cycle for one day. All the other metrics are showing but that one.
  • Great sleep app

    I would love to be able to just pay a 1 time charge so I don’t have a monthly fee. For example 100 or 50 etc. whatever you feel. I love this app it helps me to setup a sleep schedule. It helps me to figure out if I’m sleep more or less due to chronic pain. Thank you for having an additional app for the Apple Watch.

  • Continuous sync issues

    I love SleepWatch in concept, but have had continuous sync issues with Apple Health and my Apple Watch. I tried email support and got tired of waiting days for replies. I planned to send a detail support email pertaining to inaccuracies between the watch Smart Stack data and the app on my iPhone, but gave up when I couldn’t get the daily screenshot to save properly from the app. Not sure of all these issues are related to iOS 26 updates, but getting tired of inconsistent data everywhere I turn, which I assume is syncing problems.
  • No background sync

    Why does this thing randomly not update my sleep in the background? I wear an Apple Watch to bed every night and it randomly switches from background syncing to only syncing when I open the app and force it to update.
  • The ads are getting too much

    I’ve used SleepWatch for many years. I really like the presentation of the data. I’m especially interested in my blood oxygen because I have sleep apnea. I used to recommend the app to all my friends. Recently, the video ads are getting too much. I know you folks need to monetize this but having to watch a full minute video before getting to the main screen is too much. I’m going to try to use the built-in sleep tracker in Apple health instead of SleepWatch to see if I can get used to it. If not, I will consider the subscription

    I’ve used the free version of this app for years, but this morning a fake pop up ad appeared with a iPhone settings logo, an alert about a Trojan virus, and a button to scan my iPhone. I immediately closed and deleted the app. Not sure what’s happening there, but I’m sure you’ll want to know about it. Two stars to get your attention, but would change to five stars if resolved.
