Nanit

We love our nanit. It has so many great features that we enjoy and appreciate. Our one complaint is that it does not like to be moved..if it’s unplugged it consistently fails to connect for the next few days. That makes it really hard to travel with it or nap at the grandparents. Its still worth it to us but that’s been disappointing.

Paying to look at the full video history of a camera I purchased for $399 is unreasonable. I understand that Nanit has other features and maybe I could justify those requiring an extra cost, but video history should be a given. Nanit tries to get around that by giving you clips of your baby’s activity but I find wake times to be very inaccurate, especially if you have a baby that moves around at night (as the majority of infants do). I do not recommend this product and app.

I love this baby monitor. The breathing band is super easy to use and it gives me such peace of mind while she’s sleeping. The built in white noise is so convenient and I also love that my mom can log in and see her from halfway across the country. Worth every penny.

Had my doubts at first but this right here is the best thing created def recommend my friends to get it and first time parents !!!

I have loved using the app so far, both with the paid subscription version and the free version. It was a game changer for the first couple months postpartum. All that said, I have two changes I’d like to recommend. When I leave the app, it continues to play the monitor’s sound. This does not happen on my spouse’s Android device, so it seems to be an Apple app specific problem. Also, I would prefer that the app would not continue to advertise for the subscription once it has expired. I understand its purpose for the company, but if you’re anything like me, it actually deters me from wanting to resubscribe. Thanks for the great app so far!

This product is amazing, being able to move the camera from the mount above the crib to taking to another room, is amazing. Camera quality is great and night vision works very very well

My only complaint is the automated notification of activities (wake up, helped to sleep etc) is not 100% reliable and we frequently see wrong activities

We used to have a generic baby monitor from Amazon with an external monitor, but a few months ago we decided to purchase a baby monitor with the capabilities of an app so that my husband could check on our baby when he was on night shift. We chose the Nanit after tons of research and it’s AMAZING!!!! I love the insights it gives, the temperature readings are accurate, and the memories I can save are so special. Will absolutely use the Nanit moving forward for all our babies!

The Nanit camera and app are the one piece of equipment I confidently recommend to all new parents. It’s easy to use, reliable, and travels seamlessly.

Being on a two story house- having the Nanit gives peace of mind, even if I am not right there, I can see just as if I was!
