    Since the price went up for some reason the app will not work. Errors out when trying to look up numbers. Constant notifications that blocklist out of date and then another that app is already reloading. Every solution is to delete app, restart phone and reinstall. That does not resolve. I give up.

    I’ve been a subscriber for several years, and they do a pretty good job. However, within the last couple of months, they have also been started sending Spam. I cannot opt out for some new services that they’re selling for identity protection. I want the messages to let me know when there has been an attempt of a Robo call or spam text message, but I don’t want them spamming me to sell me more of their services. Just in time to save $20 a year.

    Not only will the app not uninstall from my device, you can do the exact same thing this app does in your settings…scammy

  • Not sure the Mobile version of NoNoRobo works

    I’ve long had the landline version of NoMoRibo, which is free, and it works pretty well. For the mobile version, I pay something like $25 a year, and it doesn’t seem like it’s even the same company. Worst case, I just got a live spammer who called my mobile number. I pasted the number into NoMoRobo lookup and found that it is already known to be a spammer and is blocked. So why did I get the call? In other cases, I paste a number and NoNoRobo reports it is unknown. Yet, when I report it to Hiya (which I used to have and is still on my phone), Hiya knows it’s a “suspected spammer.” I would report this situation to NoMoRobo, but am not sure I can do so within their app. Oh, and I can’t use the more robust version, because NoMoRibo says it doesn’t work with Consumer Cellular. Very disappointed with the company that invented spam-screening service.

    Just looking through the Reviews, and it’s definitely a no on using your app…. When you get the good reviews up to about 90%…. Maybe we can try it…. 🥴

    I paid for a year subscription. I’ve had the app now for about a month. I still receive just as many spam calls, several times a day. Disappointing.

    I have found this app to be extremely helpful and preventing spam calls. I hardly get any. It is reduce the spam calls coming through from several a week to perhaps one a month.
