  • Nothing but issues

Considering you have to pay for the subscription I am very dissatisfied with this app. I have so many issues just trying to connect my workouts from training peaks to this app. Very frustrating everytime I want to ride I have to add 30 minutes to deal with connection issues.

tech support is a runaround that does not solve problems
  • Custom WKO building IPad needs improvement

When building a custom workout on the IPad, which makes of 50% plus of what I use the app for there are MAJOR glitches. To name a few: Character limit in description box, When pasting directions from coach here they always get cut off. iPad Magic Keyboard no longer works, need to use app display keyboard on IPad screen (big pain in @ss). Over sensitive, pulled down zone blocks appear and disappear. Offsetting in workout text is complicated, I could go on but running out of space. Please just make it do what I click. In the world on Training peaks Virtual that has instant implication its becoming increasingly hard to not let the frustrations get the best of me.

Since the latest update my Apple Watch will not connect to the companion. Zwift shows the watch as available and connected. I also have the companion app open. Not sure what changed.
  • Shoves social posting down your throat

Zwift has the fundamentals right but all the niceties feel like I’m on windows 98 - if windows 98 constantly defaulted your rides to public Strava posts with corny graphics.
  • Cool, but lacking in a bunch of areas

It is so hard to end a ride when you’re done. Not a very smooth experience ever, always has issues connecting to my trainer, even though it’s always showing on my computer on my list of Bluetooth connected devices.

Agree to the EULA that they can alter anytime and to which you automatically agree as soon as they post it. I don’t think so

The app itself is good. Perfect for winter training rainy seasons etc. I’ve been zwifting for years now. Way back when jarvis was the knly pace bot. So 2 years ago i bought a zwift bike and the bike bike came with a bent chainring (really common issue with them) return it and the second one they gave me was beat up like a used one that was returned. 3rd bike they sent me was dropped by the fedex delivery. 4th bike was flawless because i threatened them with a charge back all while dealing with the annoying Ai backed CS team. 2 years after using the bike the strap for the ipad holder snapped and i asked them if i could buy a replacement they said i have yo buy the entire ipad holder to get the rubber strap. Im not buying a 50 dollar ipad holder for me to get just the strap. This is the last ime im dealing with their CS team. If this bike becomes fully integrated with rouvy or swoosh i’m moving out of zwift not because i don’t like it but because the CS team made it hard for us to deal with them. Check some groups on facebook about the rant.

It is an understatement how this app brought me back to health. I used to mountain bike in my teens and early 20s, until I broke my leg after slipping on a puddle on my way to work. This app brought my sanity back as well as brought me back to a healthy lifestyle after I got several pounds heavier. Great community, healthy competition, and overall amazing experience.

I am not happy with the way you are doing things! I just want to look at the challenges and you just sign me up! Way! Maybe I don’t want to sign up! Other than that I love the app!!
