    I really don’t like this app because it keeps on telling me to pay for things and I’m only 10 years old and I don’t have the money to do that. Like make some of the stuff. It’s only free with the four Maddie stretches. Don’t like it don’t recommend other people say like if it’s not good for youto pay for everything like it had to pay for the membership to actually do this thing so I don’t recommend it if you’re 10 years old I like 21 you’re any age I want to flexibility up I don’t recommend it at all if you don’t have the money to pay for it get off of it you have to pay for a membership so I don’t get it

    I’ve had this app for 2 weeks. I had high hopes. There are a lot of classes for sure, but they are either too easy for me (like think of something appropriate for an older person or someone with limited mobility), or too advanced (for really fit people who’ve been doing yoga awhile). Im somewhere in the middle, a healthy active average person with no yoga experience. There’s very little here for me. I’d recommend the makers of this app try to address that gap. Maybe another level is needed in their lightning bolt difficulty rating system.

    I absolutely love this app. My body tends to be stiff and so this app comes in handy. I feel more fluid in my walk, bending and reaching for items around the house. Keep this app around!
  • Apple Watch app NEEDS WORK

    I love the iPhone app overall. The different challenges hold me accountable to keep up with my flexibility work and I am seeing real results. The Apple Watch app, however, leaves everything to be desired. When it works properly it tracks calories and shows a countdown clock so you know how much time is left in the class you’re watching. When your class is over, it syncs your workout with Apple Health and contributes to your active calories and exercise minutes totals. More often than not this is not the case. As the class ends the Apple Watch app will be frozen and the clock will never reach 0:00 even though the iPhone app has entered the post-class screen. The watch will continue to count calories burned even though the class has ended. I am forced to shut down and restart my Apple Watch to shut down the app. Several hours later the workout will sync with Apple Health with the inflated calorie count. The worse outcome is the Apple Watch app will not start automatically as usual when the class is started on the iPhone. In order to see the countdown clock on my watch I need to continuously scroll through my app list and open the StretchIt app over and over again. At the end of the class the app is not frozen, but shows that the number of calories burned shows 0 which is obviously incorrect. This has been incredibly frustrating and the lone drawback to an otherwise great service. I hope these issues are resolved soon!

    I love this app!! I have tried doing stretches on YouTube, but nothing compares to this app. I love that you can choose a program that targets a certain area, and track your progress. There is a variety of shorter and longer sessions. The stretches themselves feel so good and I can really feel the difference in my muscles. I am naturally very tight, and this sometimes affects my sleep. If I stretch before bed, I have the best sleep of my life! This app has become a daily part of my fitness routine.

    I’ve been using this app for 1.5 years now. I had my front splits before, but wanted to get better at them and find a non-boring way to stretch. I’m a figure skater, and I really need flexibility to progress. I sometimes have a hard time stretching consistently every day due to school and such, and for the past year I’ve been doing the various challenges on and off. I didn’t progress very far, but it really helped in keeping my overall flexibility level up. I started the middle split 1 month challenge and after 27 days I’ve definitely felt my hips opening up more. I absolutely love the types of stretches we do, they’re much better than the average YouTube video. I don’t feel like I’m straining, nor do I get frustrated with my level like I used to. This gives me so much more structure. The fact that I can go and just pick and choose classes targeting different areas is really helpful, especially when I’m finding it hard to stick to a monthly challenge. I like that I can view which classes I’ve previously done and when, it really helps me to keep on track with my goals and my favourite classes are the ones taught by the instructor with curly hair. I find the average “yoga style” stretching programs a bit annoying to listen to, her teaching style is much easier for me to understand and listen to. The amount of time we hold positions is perfect, long enough to feel the stretch but short enough that I’m not straining to stay in it. Overall, a very pleased customer and I 100% recommend it.
