This app is not functional when trying to find out how to put my paper on Vacation Hold. No customer service number ???? A bit of a joke service in fact the paper with its 48 Hour delay is a joke too.

Very current, I am tuned in almost all day for the headlines. Thank you for making this available, and on a professional level without skew of much of the press.
  • New app easy yo use

The new app for the electronic version of the Naples Daily News is much easier to use than the old one. I would prefer to see more local coverage and a little less national coverage only because I get the national coverage in other newspaper apps and by the time I read it in the Naples Daily News it’s a day or two old.

Not sure why you can’t figure this out but I have to jump through hoops to get the NAPLES DAILY NEWS e-edition to load. Ready to cancel my subscription.

I enjoy clear impartial reporting, giving good background, I would like to see more reporting on our Latin American neighbors. Thanks for what you are doing,
  • App needs refreshing

Naples Daily News is the only newspaper I have subscribed to which repeatedly asks for a new sign in. This is so annoying. With only two people in our household, and much traveling, this is so inconvenient. Once signed in, let it be.
  • E edition is worse

The revised PDF edition is much worse than the old one. Full of additional advertising that block the paper view. The page forward/back buttons cover the print and often crashes and reloads when you try to zoom in or swipe. Bring back the old e view edition please.
