Imp impossible to sign in. Many many many rejection errors that stated data entry incorrect with no indication of which of the five lines of data was incorrect nor how to correct it never had the opportunity to even try this app.

I tried it out and it is not user friendly. Don’t waste your time!

I gave this try and it doesn’t seem to work for me. First thing, I’m on my iPad and this app only works in portrait mode, that is usually non starter but I gave it a try. I just want to upload a few photos as a test to see them show up on a map. I uploaded about a dozen from different dates and locations and never got the map function to work. Everytime I clicked the map icon, I got message saying I needed to add photos (which I did). I will keep looking for an app to log our travels.

Found this app super easy to use and a great way to document our trip as we went. Love the interface!

I had fun with the app in the beginning. Then was a bit of a pause due to Covid related limitations. As I finally get a chance to travel and use the app… I ran into an issue. I had used Facebook to log in. But with all the hate, I decided to end my Facebook account. Well I now find out I can’t log into my Journo account… after I paid for a lifetime membership. I did attempt to reach out, but no response has come. So I guess I’m out of luck.

I thought this would be a fun way to share a six week adventure with friends and family. I’ve made several attempts to fix problems but no resolve in two weeks. Now that I’ve paid for a subscription my site says that I’ve “unpublished” my Journo. No I haven’t and still no help from support. I would change my rating if I could just get some help from support.

The app claims you can get a coffee table book, but I don’t see how to do that. I thought one would actually come from the company. But it appears I have to print the journal out on my own printer which is not a coffee table book. The description of the app talks about a hardback coffee table book. Can someone please help me?

I have found the app to be excellent when it comes to recording your thoughts, activities, and photos and geo-markers along the way. My issue to date is getting any kind of print out from my trip. I have some support contact, but no solutions yet. *Update! The issues I had have been resolved, thanks to the support staff and some time to update fixes. I fully recommend Journo for those that want to record travels in both real time and end of trip editing. Great for geo-location pictures and time stamps, which is a must to keep order in story organization.

I used this app on a three week Mediterranean cruise. I found it very easy to use and I am thrilled with being able to record my adventure with Journo . Another cruise is right around the corner for me and I am looking forward to recording the next one and every other trip I take with this app.

Loved keeping up with my month long trip on this app but every time I go to “print” the app crashes. Contacted support via email then was told to contact via the app. Have done so twice and not heard back from support.
