    I love this app! The uniqueness of the music, the capacity of having intervals and announce breaks is a gem for ADHD. I am still discovering many things of the app and the music but it’s a keeper for me!

    This app hasn’t been a transformative, life-changing discovery like some ads suggest, but I’ve been using it for over half a year now and I definitely notice some improvement in my focus and attention when using it! Exactly how much of a difference depends on the day/time/circumstances, but it’s enough that this has become a regular ADHD management tool for me, for everything from studying to working on creative projects, really anything that I need a focus boost for. The most significant improvement for me happens when my brain is hitting that boredom-burnout point on long assignments or study sessions. Putting on the music in this app helps get my brain out of the disengaged/distracted slump, or at least reduces how bad it is. If I was already having a relatively good focus day I don’t notice as much impact; I’m sure there’s still at least little, but it’s less obvious. As a side note, I’m really glad the app has the thumbs down button permanently skip songs. I have some misophonia and there have been several songs that had just the wrong combination of sounds in order to trigger it, but being able to simply remove those songs from rotation means that’s not a serious problem. I do wish there was a way to have playlists in addition to the favorites library though…

    They started off with a focus of helping people clear their heads and think more clearly. Once they got enough people hooked on their product they doubled the price. It’s the same programming, twice the price. At least they’re still helping people with money.

    Love this app, I use it all the time whether I wanna relax, sleep, focus, or meditate. I truly love it! Happy they don’t use AI for the music creation too, if tht see this please never use any AI music on your platform!!!

    I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed an app before but I had to write one for this app. I have never been diagnosed with ADHD but I don’t need a doctor to tell me that I have serious attention/focus issues. Getting tasks done is a struggle for me and then I end up just stressing myself out by leaving things for the last minute so they pile up and I’m left in a state of self-loathing. I saw an ad for Brain.fm so I decided to give it a try. I use it for everything now: cooking, tidying up, lesson planning/grading, grad school work, journaling, sleeping, working out. It has transformed my life. Once the music comes on, I immediately switch into gear. If anything in this review sounds like what you struggle with, download this app right now! Don’t procrastinate ;)

    Great Music for the type of moods Im in, but unfortunately the bit rate seems really low. I would consider paying if the tracks were higher quality, as I do notice a difference compared to the more mainstream music apps.
