Hello, I’m a Mindvalley member since 2020 and love all the contents of it, the only issue I have is with searching. When I search for a specific topic or word, i’m not getting exactly what I’m looking for. Can you please make the search mote specific to what users are searching for and not unrelated topics? Thanks

I have a tech issue I have been trying to resolve for past two hours. Just an endless loop of time wasting choices - try WhatsApp - try the text bubble - try our customer service link. You might have a good front end product but if your customer service is a fail -‘your total product is a fail -‘you can’t separate the two.

Hi, I’ve had difficult contacting customer support. Email is no longer active and the online chat is not working. Before and after the recent update, the meditations have not been loading. Please assist.

I love the programs but the lack of customer support makes it difficult at times. My search button is gone. I have favorites and quests I want to go right to and can’t. Nobody to contact. There is zero customer support.

I like MV, and am a subscriber. But the frustrations with the iOS app, really take me out of the moment when using the app. There are constant issues that really compromise the flow one would hope to have when working with this kind of material. If it’s not an issue with text entry in the community, (recently improved), or bad actors using SPAM profiles to promote Bitcoin scams, circumventing blocking and reporting features, recreating the same SPAM accounts over and over again, it’s the search features performing poorly and bookmarks failing to open saved meditations… the list seems ongoing. In order to really engage the platform, and feel safe, part of my routine is reporting repeat SPAM profiles daily, and bouncing around from the web UI to the iOS UI in order to get fuller functionality. For instance, if I want to get a full list of tags for a post, the iOS UI shows a partial list and the web the full list. If I want to see the posts of other users, I have to view their profiles on the web UI, the iOS app won’t show their previous posts, which is part of getting to know someone and keep up with them. And another thing with profiles, the latest update broke many user’s profile pictures and doesn’t show their complete bios. Many bookmarked meditations, from programs my subscription gives access, are inaccessible, report back as requiring a subscription I already have. Other bookmarks don’t even respond to tapping, and support recommends I find them by navigating to them in different ways, essentially negating the benefit of the bookmarking feature. Search results loop and keep refreshing. There’s just so many little annoyances that shouldn’t be part of a well thought out, functional app. This kind of “not ready for prime time” implementation doesn’t seem to align with the standards Vishen, the founder, promotes. As he says in one of his programs, “Turn a problem into a project.” I’ve tried to do this, reporting feedback, chatting with support, sending screenshots and videos, recommending to other users to share their feedback, to no avail. MV could be SO much better if I felt I could trust and rely on the platform. There’s so much great content! Such a nice aesthetic. But when the app is constantly failing in usability, it diminishes the whole experience. I think they can do a LOT better. A good place to start is not to offer functionality until it is thoroughly tested. Hope this feedback inspires a better standard when it comes to developing and maintaining this app. It’s got SO MUCH potential!

So I purchased this app over a month ago. Spent a significant amount for the app. From day one the app did not work and the website did not work. There was a 15 day refund policy. I reached out to customer service numerous times and no one would get back to me. They said it could take up to 3 days. Tried again nothing. So tried to follow the refund policy. They say it's simple go to a we page, click a link, automatic refund. You guessed it the link did not work. It kept you in an endless loop, sending you back to the original page to start the refund process. Tried reinstalling the app multiple times. Nothing worked. Finally one month later, CS finally responded to me. I told them I wanted a refund. They said sorry I was out side the 15 day policy. I explained that the link was an endless loop and they still would not refund me. CS representative said to try the app now it was working. Uninstalled, reinstalled, like he said STILL NOT WORKING. Still refused to refund me, sent links to the website, NOT WORKING. Even if this does begin to work, save your money. CS is terrible. And it's super shady to start contacting your customers after the refund time, so you're not obligated amd can refuse the refund. Just extremely poor service, especially for what MindValley was created for. You would think they would treat people better. Don't purchase, it's not worth it.

I used to use this for my daily meditation, but something must’ve broken recently with the last update. The app opens, I select the 6-Phase Meditation, and it just doesn’t play at all. I’ve followed suggestions from restarting the app, restarting my phone, uninstalling then reinstalling the app, etc- nothing has helped at all. It’s broken.

Love this app and all its programs. Between Vishen and the rest of the spiritual coaches at Mind Valley really put up a great learning experience. Thank you all for your hard work and for helping others awaken.

This app has an amazing, free meditation called the 6 Phase Meditation that has positivity improved my life significantly. I’ve struggled with meditations before but this guided meditation works wonders for me. Highly recommend!!!
