    Downloaded to watch Meateater and other series. The interface does not work on iPads as it says. Yeah contents great, but it isn’t worth anything if you can’t watch it. Reached out to the customer support team, no response. Poor poor customer service…. I hate companies with no support. If you’re not in it for the customer experience, then why. I will never recommend this app to anyone.

    Love the content but watching anything on my iPad the app will not let you select a season of any given show. Works great on my phone but not on iPad. User interface needs drastic improvements

    The content of this app is great but the programming is terrible. Constantly crashes. The newest issue is that if you are watching something and go from full screen to partial screen or the other way around it restarts the show you were watching something you have to go back through and find where you were. Also if your phone to sleep or if you go to write a text or something it does the same thing. Very annoying when it happens 10 times in an hour. Everytime you get a phone call or text or any alert on your phone it brings you out of the app which as a result makes you start your show from the beginning. Then have to take some time to figure out what time you left at. Great feature…. Horrible POS

    Please update where I can use in landscape mode all the time. Or, maybe I have a setting wrong, but the main home page is stuck in portrait and I have to rotate the screen, it is a pain, so just a request not a complaint, love the content. Don’t listen to all the reviews about cost and such, but be kind, these reviews are still getting use to not getting their weekly allowance!
