    I’ve been playing this game for years and have always had the premium level to avoid ads. For the past several months I’ve been constantly getting prompted to “Purchase Premium” despite already having done so. Then come the ads. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, I’m dropping it.

    Love the app. Had it for 3 years, BUT now ads keep popping up and can only be deleted on THEIR timeline. Thought I was paying extra for no ads.

  • Constantly having to restore purchase

    It constantly puts the ads back even after I’ve purchased ad free. It requires me to restore my purchases every day or two. Then it will sometimes lock up while restoring purchases. Other times it immediately starts playing an ad before you can get to the restore purchase screen, so I’m still forced to watch a long ad.

    I’ve had the premium, ad-free edition for several years now. Always happy with it. In late Jan. 2026 I started getting pop ups when I opened the game saying that my subscription had expired. There was a button to renew. Another window opened with subscription details, but there was no way to actually get into the renewal process. Then, randomly, ads for games took over my screen. One is forced to watch the ad until MS decides to present the viewer with an ‘X’ to close the ad and get back into the game. Maybe, if you’re lucky. I paid $10 for the early plan and want to cancel. I’m more than happy to pay for the one month that I have been using and been dissatisfied with the game, but there is no refund for the difference offered. I tried a chat with MS to no avail. Unless something is ‘broken’ with my subscription, I caution would be buyers that they could very well pay for ad free and still wind up with ads as is happening to me. Never again will I trust the Microsoft money-generating machine. Terrible business practice!!! Let the buyer beware!

    It use to be challenging and enjoyable. Basic, fun solitaire games presented with style. Slowly the difficulty is diminishing. Every update is bringing more gimmicks and glitter. More flashy coins that have absolutely no purpose whatsoever. The game now looks more like the annoying ads that inundate it. No thanks. I’m out.

    Every time I open the app I have to watch ads to get the screen where it shows Premium status. If I am going to have to watch ads I won’t renew Premium.

    I am giving this 1 star because it no longer works as it used to and they have yet to fix it after months. Every time I play now, it doesn’t recognize that I have the premium subscription. I click Restore Purchase, and it shows it switching to premium but stays stuck on the loading screen. I used to be able to play on both my phone and iPad but both require restoring every time. Sometimes I can quit the app and when I get back in, it’s premium, but too many times it just gets stuck at loading. I’ve been playing for years and enjoyed the daily challenges, but I’m not a fan of the loading challenge each time.

    I have a subscription, which recently renewed. However, I keep getting ads and notices to subscribe, or that my subscription expired. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but that didn’t help. May just cancel entirely.

    I’ve been playing this through multiple models of iPhone, one of the few games where the only purchasable thing is no ads. To me, that’s a worthy charge. I love the varying difficulties each day!
