The app works with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server versions 2013 and higher · Add multiple accounts, and easily switch between them   What people are saying:   The SharePoint mobile app has been featured in TechCrunch, The Verge, ZDNet, PCWorld and Computerworld.   Over 2 years of app store reviews: "making collaboration easier than ever!!""" Truly no better than the desktop site. If you are on iPad, it is actually worse than using the desktop site. Search functions are useless.
  • Unbelievably Horrible

I’ve never used a piece of software so poorly put together. Nothing ever works as Microsoft has advertised, and it’s barely usable with any security controls.
  • Quick access to pages removed

In some recent update, the list of recently accessed pages was removed from the homepage. There is a list of recently accessed documents, but to view a page you have to navigate through the site every time.

App and software is utter garbage
  • Technically an App

The app does in fact allow you to access files, permitting a two star review. It is highly unoptimised, and appears to have been done in a manner uncaring for a mobile user: clicking on items requires too much precision (almost like it was designed for a mouse and computer), the mobile view of files is slow (though the app is generally slow, so perhaps the fault is more inherent to the app itself) and often clunky as to be unusable. Text boxes and images are liable to be distorted into unreadability. That said, the app is usable in the sense that you can often open shared files and read them. Google is far superior though.
  • It’s just bad

So, I’ll start with the most annoying bug—having to re-sign in constantly—after every single action! Any time I save or switch screens, I have to sign in again. This has been going on for weeks, if not months, at this point. Release notes say devs have been working hard to improve the app, but I have a hard time believing that when they’re letting issues with something as fundamental and necessary as authentication persist for this long. Some other issues—the app is incredibly slow/sluggish and unresponsive. I never know if it’s just taking forever (normal functionality) or if it even registered my tap. Just like the web app currently (and for the last few months) there is a bug where lists become completely unresponsive and you have to change screens or refresh in order to interact with them again. Idk what that’s about. Incredibly annoying though! The app is clunky, the UI/UX is unintuitive and poor. I absolutely hate having to work in this app.
  • Less than worthless

This app has none of the richness available on the web version. What is worse, the existence of this app means you cannot utilize the web version. I have tenants on which I am a guest, and I cannot access those at all on a mobile device because this app exists and is subpar.

No save to camera roll option. Totally worthless for images.

Every time I try and use the app I get a message that something went wrong. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled and logged out and back in. Terrible.
