Well I actually wanted to try this when I went over that subscription pop up dictated otherwise I'm not paying that ungodly price to even try the software and in hopes I even get to cancel it correctly so I won't be charged for it really people really gouging the consumer

It works for the most part. I do have issues here and there. I have run both Linux and Windows machines on apple hardware. It is really the only option that I know of for doing this. Pros - easy to use, reliability is high Cons - subscription only model, have to reactivate the license periodically for no apparent reason, they seem to constantly update the privacy policy, and fewer settings options than other hypervisors
  • Not worth it.

I had to use Parallels to run windows programs for college. it is incredibly slow, uses soooo much power, and takes about three tries before it actually performs whatever command I give. Not worth the free trial, and definitely not worth the $100 subscription.

Tired and sketched out by Microsoft’s continued ignorance of basic email security. I have had this problem with them for the longest time now..doubling down on features that put the user in between you and the thief has not worked in 25 years will not work now, do something different, you’ve lost me.

Great software! I had a rocky start using Parallels in the beginning. I use ACDSee for photo processing and had massive issues in the beginning and was going to give up. Finally tech support realized there was an issue and fixed the problem. This software is amazing. It works seamless between Mac and windows. I used to use VMWare and WineHQ. I will definitely be extending my subscription.
