I have found the AI assistant super helpful in figuring out the game as well as a very responsive and thoughtful customer service team. It does feel a little bit more commercial than I like my games, but it's enjoyable.

This game is a complete scam. So many bugs and the company responsible refuses to fix the mistakes even when you contact support. Do not download. Do not play. It is a complete waste of time and will try to scam you for money. Do not entertain this phone game. Useless, and it is also trash. Did I mention this game is terrible?
