  • What happened to the social aspect of the app???

    Please go back to the old UI or at the very least bring back the community feel. This used to be my go to astrology source. I loved the simplicity and I really hate that users are no longer able to communicate with other users who are experiencing the same transits. I loved the ability to interact with the other users and see how the energy of the transit was playing out in their lives and found it both insightful, reassuring and helpful. I’ve also met some really cool people on this app that I otherwise wouldn’t have met. Please bring it back. I miss my people.

  • Wildly accurate & profound

    I have moments / realizations /or conversations in a day where I am reflecting/ analyzing/or trying to understand what I’m feeling or what it means for me…then I remember about this app that I’ve had for some years & go to check that it’s EXACTLY what I have been dealing with. You don’t know me & if I read this I would be skeptical. I don’t even want to believe that this is insanely accurate. No app like this. To give perspective, I am completely unbiased in terms of I open myself up to interpretation. I’m truly astounded. Any other astrology app cannot compare because this is more than that.

    This used to be a really great app. I’ve had it since about 2016. However, over the last two years, it’s become way too expensive. They nickel and dime you for literally every function in the app. You can’t even read the extensive breakdown of your own chart without paying a pretty hefty price. I could understand if you had actual astrologers that were online providing readings, but the responses are AI generated. There used to be a time travel feature where you could look back at the cycles that you’ve had or even into the future. This option is no longer available. I understand charging to run bonds or to utilize the dating feature- but being restricted from your own personal chart’s information without paying a pretty expensive tab is overkill. Again, it used to be a very great app but now it’s just become a money making machine.

    Try Time Nomad instead. I prefer to leave less than one star but I wanted to just let you know as an astrology expert. This platform has become particularly trash since the AI edition.

    This app is my go to for all things real astrology. It’s written by people who truly care about astrology and relationship dynamics. “The bond” feature has actually changed my life. I’m not sure why there’s less than 3 stars expect for the paywall. Which is annoying but it’s because they pay real astrologers! I love it. Can’t recommend enough

  • I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed

    I’ve been a user of The Pattern since around 2017. 9 years. Over that time, the folks behind this app have really sucked the heart and soul out of it. Probably not intentionally, but the reviews here are waving red flags in their faces and they are choosing to ignore them. The app used to be simple and so accurate that it would make your jaw drop. I would spend so much time on it, exploring relationships, going back and forth in time, and reading and rereading the pattern and timing of myself and others. Now here we are! I’ve turned off notifs and I hardly open the app because I know that if I do want to read into something further, it’s probably paywalled now. So for all the subscription money they are getting, they use it to completely disfigure the app. How about this - cut the price way down, get rid of the AI bs, people clearly don’t like it, get rid of audios, cut out all the extra bloat and go back to what it was. Invest in experienced astrologers to add more to people’s pattern and timing info. And that’s it.

    I used to love the pattern! Don’t love the podcast style update. It’s really flowery and wordy. Also the relationship aspect of the app feels inaccurate to me. In my most controlling relationships it said we were so compatible. And then in my seemingly most healthy relationship, it marked us as incompatible. I just don’t trust it anymore.

    I likes the app way more when it first came out, in-depth insight and tons of accessible features. Now they charge for everything and it’s overpriced. The app isn’t as useful if you’re not paying the $15/month or $83 yearly subscription. Disappointed.

  • Chart isn’t right

    I’ve been using this app for YEARS. At first I loved it, it was spot on and very insightful but within the last couple of months, my chart changed. Instead of my Venus in the 7th house, it switched to the 8th and same with all the other signs. It didn’t make much sense to me and still I have no clue how this happened. I rechecked my birth time, location, and birth date and it was all the same. Not sure what happened here but your houses are probably going to be wrong if you use this app which is a HUGE part of astrology.
