    Literally cant open the app without popups harassing me Ad pop ups asking you if you want boosts. No. I’ll watch ads if i want to. The pop ups guarantee i play the game on airplane mode and never put any money into the company. Ever. Pop ups are a disgusting form of adverting. Period. Hope king goes out of business if they employ these tactics. Also regularly scams you out of lives by refusing to load levels so you have to quit and restart the app and it steals a life when you do even though the level never loaded to try to get you to watch more ads. Also lies and tells you you can turn the music off, but you cant actually unless you also turn the sound effects off because the game will override the music slide bar and play it anyway against your direct wishes. So basically the game also violates consent, misleads, and outright lies about what features do what.

    After years of 5 star reviews here's my 4 star. Around level 5500 I would stop advancing even though I won the round. I looked up the issue and found deleting the app and restoring it fixes the issue. You lose all boosters but you stay on the same level when you do this. This happened to me a 2nd time around 5650. It's so irritating!!

    Well it is march 2026 and I have decided to give up this game I am still in the low 7000’s not because I can’t finish a level you make it virtually impossible to not be able to finish each level with the constant more moves so that’s not it …. I had to always wait for more levels and to only do a few so I would have them for the week so this is my last update ………Oct 3, 2025 on level 7054 can’t loss at this point but dang why do we have to wait sooooooo long for new levels I literally only play on tue thur and sat to get more bonuses mostly just to be able to have levels to play. Feb 5, 2025 Ugg have waited at least a week to play again these new levels are taking forever.a year later and I am still in the low 6300 or 6400 level 27,2024 still in the low 6200 levels cause each new map is taking way too long it would say new levels in 96 hours then when those hours are up it’s back to 54 hours getting real sick of this. July 31 2024 still playing over 6100 but after 2 weeks of waiting for new levels Ugg …..May 2024 ok I finally have a real complaint I just finish level 5980. ….but the thing is it is taking me tooooo long to get out of the 5000s level not because it is hard but because I have to wait a week or so every time I finish a page and the higher I go the easier the levels what’s up with that but if I have to continue to wait and wait I might just wait my way out ………Just found my review again I still love this game everyday I’m almost 66 close to finishing 6000 levels no money ever spent and the farther you go you get more so that’s nice does make it easier to finish a level (Jan 2024)….. I am level 4107 and have not spent a dime and I am 64 years old this game is very fun and challenging. Now they do put a lot of things in some of the levels but once I stop and look at what is really needed to win the level it becomes easier. The higher you go the more free things you get ie baskets and gloves thanks a lot P.S. please do not stop this game I love it play it everyday P.S. thought I had sent this last year but I never did still love this game I play it every day on over 5000 level still have not spent a penny and won’t. But do have one thing it seems the more I play the more I feel like I see the same game on different levels am I seeing things but still love playing

    Used to love this game but now if you complete a level it doesn’t always advance you to the next level. Customer service isn’t helpful. They don’t know what they are doing. I’m at the end of the lands and a lot of the times you need to pay to advance. You’re charged two dollars every time you ask for help. Still like this game but it’s frustrating to play.

    Poor app support - unresolved bug since 2024. If you click App Support it takes you to a crowd sourced community page to ask questions. I don’t see a place to report bugs at all. I did see a “question”, which is the only thing you can post in the community. That question was posted in 2024 with the same bug I’m experiencing. The booster toolbar at the bottom crashes into the game play. So if you try to make a move in the bottom row, you can’t. It simply takes you to the booster shop because the booster icons overlap the field of play. Does tech support even exist at this company?
