    I enjoy that I am able to place an order remotely and have it ready within minutes. I frequent the Northern Blvd, Little Neck location. They are friendly and have the order ready very quickly.

    I’m visit the Penn Landing DD in Philly and using my old 9 years old DD gift cards to paid it. But no paper come out. So I needed to pay again the second times this time I’m paid with my debit cards and it’s still no any receipts coming out either. So I went to the unprofessional and utterly nasty woman staff she said she didn’t get my order. Although I show her my debit cards payment history (there’s the time my paid order and the amount of what’s i’m paid for it just minutes ago) And that’s it! I simply paid the money for nothing. All she’s said it come back tomorrow for the manager cuz she’s can’t do anything with it. Meaning I needed to traveling 3 hours tomorrow to get my $9.30 back??? SON OF A B. Ridiculous stupid DD woman worker ever.

    does not let you look at the menu without placing an order and you might even order without meaning to just by looking at the menu. Go to starbucks instead, they know how to work an app

    To be clear, my review is for the app. I’ve been a loyal Dunkin fan since I was a teen growing up in New England. My gripe is with the app returning the message “Sorry, we’re unable to connect to the store right now…” when attempting to add anything to the cart for ordering ahead. This happened for a couple weeks back when I lived in Boston years ago and started working out of the blue again. However, the issue resurfaced and has been going on for about two months now despite updating, restarting, deleting/redownloading the app, and even corresponding with customer service with screen shots and all over a month ago. I even recently upgraded my phone - new hardware didn’t even do the trick. C’mon Dunkin, you used to be so much better than this.
