    Every time I go to Dunkin’ Donuts on West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio placed my order get a round through the window and they tell me they do not have any sourdough bread to make my breakfast sandwich. I also order a large iced coffee with cream.. the coffee ended up having vanilla in it. I took one drink and had to dump it all out.. let alone the guy at the drive-through window that acts like he don’t know what he’s doing. I paid him cash and he didn’t give me my change back. I sat there with my hand out and I said I need my change He goes huh so he got another lady working there and she opened up the register and give me my cash back.. This is not the first experience I’ve had at this place. I refuse to go back to this location.

  • Love food & drinks, free rewards drinks are all ice, app needs improvements

    I love dunks and the rewards but when ordering a “free” iced drink, they literally fill the cup to the brim with ice and this happens at MULTIPLE locations. It’s so disappointing. I have even asked for less ice and still get ice to the brim. I have pictures of it that I wish I could upload. So now I only use rewards for non-ice items but I usually mostly order iced drinks. My other complaint is that the cashier Rarely includes a receipt. How can I prove an item I paid for is missing without a receipt and when I go into “order history” in the app, then “details” it does show what is purchased. And it wasn’t in the “recent orders“ either. They need these issues corrected.

    I couldn’t even place my online order with how bad the quality was and on top of that I couldn’t do an app review in the app either. I HATE YOU DUNKIN

    It’s a good app, but it doesn’t give you the option to pick turkey instead of pork on your croissant sandwich

    I placed an order Monday afternoon via the mobile app. When I arrived at the store, I was told what I ordered was no longer in stock. I asked if they could cancel the order, but because I made it on the mobile app, they said I had to go into the help section on the app and request a refund. I did that as soon as I got home which was like five minutes later. I did not hear anything so I contact them today and was put in a virtual chat. Explained what happened and the chat offered to give me 800 points. I don’t want 800 points. That’s only good for a non-coffee drink. My order was over $10 want the money refunded on my Dunkin card. Ended up having to have my request escalated and now I’m waiting to hear if I am going to get my money back. I know it’s only $10, but it’s my money.

    I can’t even order from the app half the time. Force closing, deleting, redownloading, logging out, logging back in… nothing fixes it until it randomly just decides it wants to work again. I’ve wasted so much time trying to simply place an order just to completely forgo dunkin because why would I go stand in line in your annoying stores to wait 15 minutes for someone to pour the coffee in a cup. I’d say do better but it’s doubtful you will. Also your offers are trash.
