Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     By far the most comprehensive workout app out there. It’s engaging, no gimmicks and the trainers are authentic on and off the app. I’ve tried other workout apps before but I ALWAYS come back to Sweat app. The only thing I wish they would add is a running or hybrid training program! Crossing my fingers they might!

    After having my son, it was difficult to exercise the way I was used to. I’d go to the gym and do classes all the way until I was 37 weeks pregnant. After I had him I stopped working out. I tried to do a work out video when he was 6 months and it just didn’t stick. I found Kayla on Instagram and my life has been changed since I found her! It’s the perfect amount of time for me to exercise having my son at home, and I feel happy and healthy. Thank you for changing my life. I love SWEAT and all it has to offer me!

    PWR with Kelsey Wells has gotten me back on track to feeling good, looking more like how I feel (30s excitement and 40s wisdom), and feeling so much better than I even was aware of how bad I was feeling. The workouts are fun and fast so you are never bored and are just the right amount, truly perfectly designed to get results but keep it feeling do-able every step of the way. Appreciate the well written descriptions and demonstrations. Everything about how the app works really creates an informed and supportive process. Surprisingly it is the one app where I’ve yet to say/think, “if only it had this...”. Thanks Kelsey and Sweat. Looking forward to continuing on this journey with you. 🙏🏼
