Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I’ve been using this app for years now and I love it. The app has different types of workouts for any level and for any goal you want to achieve. I workout at home, or when I’m at the gym and even I go travel. I can change my workout plan anytime and accommodate for my needs and time. Plus they have a great supportive community with tips and motivation.

    It’s like paying for the cheapest membership to a gym per month but you get so much more. I pay a 1 year subscription which is around 10$/month and it is so worth it! Access to so many different workout routines (you’ll be set for different workout routines for over 2 years), food advice, and a community of dedicated women wanting to better themselves!

    Sweat is hands down the best fitness app I’ve used. It’s affordable, the variety is amazing, and you can work out anywhere — at the gym, at home, or outside — with or without equipment. The programs actually deliver results and keep things interesting. They also have recipes, which is a nice bonus, but the real win is how effective the workouts are. Highly recommend.
