Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I’m really enjoying this app and all the workouts it has to offer. One thing I’d like to see is an eating plan for women in their 40+ years of age. This would help give variety at all levels of fitness and stages of life.

    I love this app so much! It has a timer in the app for workouts, a daily planner with all the workouts listed for each day & she also shows you how to do every workout step by step. I love that she also gives you recipes for healthy meals! & instructions on how to cook them! 10/10! Makes working out & eating healthier so much easier!

    I signed up for the 7 day free trial and was immediately charged. This is fraud. You can’t even view anything on the app without having the subscription. Who would want to use this without a free trial?
