Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     Have been using this app every day for over a year and just love it! The workouts are planned out every week and you can substitute out the exercises you don’t like in those workouts if you want. Also there are workouts you can do outside of your program which is great too. When traveling I always pick workouts that require zero equipment which is awesome! They have pregnancy and postpartum programs too for all the moms out there! This app has been amazing for me as a busy mom of two young kids…I have been able to get my workouts done at home with little equipment. I now look forward to my daily morning workout routine! The app has also updated the recipe section which is so well done! I could go on and on about this app, so just long story short, I love it!

    My favorite part is that if something is too hard to do, There are a lot of alternatives available, just make sure you do that before starting. You have to set it all up before you push start. There are also options for people who need a challenge. But with my back problems this helps me complete workouts safely.

    I’ve been following Kelsey’s power programs for months and I have loved them. So organized and the app is so easy to use and so helpful for timing circuits and keeping the flow of your workout going smoothly. Also seeing strength results! Love it.

    I’m happy to change my rating if someone can inform me otherwise, but given that I used the free trial *3 years ago* it is not letting me go past the subscription page unless I pay. Ironically I was prepared to pay for the app but won’t do it without at least being able to see the different programs. Super disappointed

    Love that all the workouts are easy to follow. Takes the thought process out because I know if I complete the sweat drops I’ll have worked all my muscles evenly that week!

    By Why not horizontal?
    The workouts are good and it’s great seeing how the workout should be done. However, I use an iPad for those workouts and the app will not transition to horizontal when I stand it up on its side. Very disappointing.
