    I barely noticed a difference after a year. While it has the weights going up 5 pounds a day the actual muscle gain can’t keep up. I don’t like this app but maybe it’s just me and my body so…

    On the next update is there a way you can add a feature on the days of the week your schedule to work out, and you aren’t able too work out on that day and take the day as a rest day, and move the scheduled work out to another day of the week?

    I’ve been searching for an app like this a while. It has only improved since I started using it almost 2 years ago. They have added post workout stretching, possibly at my and others request. I spend a good deal of time in hotel fitness centers and being able to modify my plan for a single workout is great.

    App is good. Sometimes it puts the identical workout in a row. Have to manually change it. One would think it would have that figured out. No where I can find to email support with screenshots of this happening.

    I really love this app. Helps me stay on track with my workouts. Don’t have sit and figure out what exercises or body parts I should do. I only wish they would add more resistance band and kettlebell exercises.
