    I have been using this site to find a recent person to rent my spare bedroom for several months now. It’s been a frustrating journey to say the least! This app has crashed multiple times since I started using it last August of 2025. I’ve sent complaints about the issues at least three or four times and never received any response. With that being said, it was where I received the most interactions with potential roommates! I also received listings from other people that were posting ads to find roommates for their properties! Why did that happen? I think the fees are too high, especially with all of the issues I had to deal with regarding the app glitches. Overall though, I would recommend this app as a good resource. I actually found a roommate on a different site but I had at least 4 or 5 potential candidates from this site. I would rate it higher if the app would stop crashing and locking up! For now, I don’t need it anymore, hopefully for at least a year, if not more. Thank you for this app.

    I find it utterly bizarre that you have to sign up for a paid subscription just to read messages of people who want to room with you. How to take advantage of broke college students 101. Terrible business.

  • Not Recommended for Landlords

    This app provides no real value. It charges money just to read messages, but the leads are not targeted. I also had a subscription when I was trying to rent out some rooms, and they kept charging me even when the app was not active. I contacted support, and they said they could not help. If you want to rent out your property, it’s better to use standard platforms instead of this app. I paid for almost a year and got zero results. I don’t know how it works for tenants, but from a landlord’s perspective, I do not recommend using it.

    None of the search features work , you’re more likely to meet a bug than someone still using this app and when you do they WILL BE SCAMMERS

  • Paid subscription but don’t get services

    Not once not twice but 3 times I have had my monthly subscription payment withdrawn from my bank account however I don’t have access to the services I paid for. The app prompts me to pay again, it’s ridiculous. There is obviously something wrong with the system. Support always takes more than a week for a resolution. Other than that the app is great

  • Slow and expensive

    There are alot of problems with this app. not only is it extremely slow to load when doing a custom search for rooms, but its also asking people to pay nearly 20$ a week just to see messages regarding rooms for rent. that large cost keeps people from using the app. not everybody wants to spend 50$ a month for a subscription service to find a roomate. if they lowered the costs this app might be better
