Don’t fall for the trap. A month on here with only 1 match. I’m by no means only 1 match worthy. They fake “views” to get you engaged, hoping you’ll spend some money to see who viewed your profile. Find a better app. EDIT: After even more thought it’s clear some of these “bot” accounts are set up by HUD themselves saying things like “send a message request cause I won’t see your like”. You can’t send a message request without spending money on a subscription. Now why would some unaffiliated bot try to get you to buy a subscription when it’d make more sense for them to spend the money in order to scam you out of yours? Answer: an unaffiliated bot WOULD NOT do that. A bot made by HUD themselves falls more in line with the Occam’s Razor principle. Should probably get Apple to investigate this, although they may not care since they get paid every year this app is published on the App Store.

Scam, fake notifications

I’m a sapiosexual & had my account suspended because I’ve been through a lot of sexual and financial trauma, which led me to using communication and financing to gain grounding into reality as a sapiosexual. I had over 150 matches and I am busy with my life already as I have to regain what I’ve lost during the traumatic experiences, and I have an interest in returning to the messages, but they had prevented me from logging in, which allows my matches to believe I am unreliable, a phony, and a disappointment, which brings dishonor to my family’s image. Being on a dating app is very courageous for my ethnicity & when Tinder, Hinge, & HID make it seem they know all things, this knowledge is put to the test and all these dating apps have done to my reputation is destroy it. I should sue. I had a great time expressing myself according to my comfort, but their decisions to pry into my private conversations became the problem they could not handle. I have been suspended FIVE times. Apparently the words discord and snap will automatically suspend your account and put you under review or apparently only my account. I have seen numerous other people use these phrases and not be placed under suspension. No where in the apps terms of service does it say that you are not allowed to give someone your Snapchat or discord handles. It only lists prohibited person information as phone numbers, bank numbers, and your email. It’s extremely unfair to the people I’m talking to too have my account constantly being under review for things I have done that don’t even warrant suspension. Something needs to be done

Spams you with “premium” ads before even getting into the app. Data farming obviously. Requires.. verification? Like it’s some form of government approved privacy dating app? But.. it’s trash? And customer service is.. laughable. They threaten to ban you practically immediately. Quite useless.

I truly & undeniably have a place for HUD for my foreseeable online dating future. Everything is free so long as u match with someone, a lot of SC wh@r3$ in here trying to sell u content of some porn some catfish DL. I thought oo wow if they live chat it’s gotta be real 🧐🫩until I saw how easy it was to hold a tablet to a phone or vice versa nice & steady & boom some creepy dude in a basement just super catfished me for da prospect to sell or gain content! F SC! Viva la HUD thanks creators may we prosper together!
