    It's ok. Not terribly priced at 80 bucks annually. It recommendeds the same exercises I decline over and over again. I selected consistent exercises but does it recommend them? No. Instead I have to change about 50% of every recommended workout. The consistency of weight and repetitions is also all over the place. I won't be renewing my subscription.

    I used this app for almost a year had to cancel membership for a little and when I redownloaded and updated subscription pays was coming out continuously for over a week deleted and canceled again waited a few months and tried it again in hope it was a bug just didn’t again hit the $13 a month subscription confirmed only taking $12.99 out a few minutes later get a text from Bank see if I authorized an $86 transaction for Apple I love the app but not going to use it if it will just be stealing my money

    Ever since the latest update the recommendation algorithm just stopped working properly. On pull day, it recommend four back exercises back to back. I honestly don’t think that’s productive. Leaving other muscle groups out. If I can’t properly reply on recommendations then why am I paying for this app? Simply track my progress which I can do with google sheet?

    This is one of the better AI workout suggestion apps on the market, but it can be better. Downloading the gifs for offline use does not work. Despite having the gifs downloaded, I cannot view exercise tutorials in poor internet areas. This can be verified by simply downloading the offline gifs, turning off WiFi and cellular and you won’t be able to view any of the exercise videos. Also, why am I not prompted after each exercise about my RPE? It only prompts me sometimes and I can’t figure out how to replicate the prompt. It should replicate each time. Can the elapsed timer be on the top of each workout page? I have to navigate to the Home Screen during a workout to see my workouts elapsed time. It should be at the top of each page. Improve the above and it’s a 4-5 star app.

  • Erratic Workouts

    I’ve been using this app for a few years now. Mostly to have short daily workouts of 10-20 minutes. Until a few weeks ago, the app has been great, but recently the generated workouts have become increasingly erratic: Choosing a custom 10 minute duration seems to have no effect, so the workouts almost always take too long. There doesn’t seem to be any difference between 10 and 15 minute workouts when switching between them. It also started to recommend dumbbell exercises with weights that I can’t physically do, yet. Occasionally, it suggests exercises that don’t make any sense. Things like “do a glute bridge for one second”. All of these things have worked for over two years, but don’t any more. Having to manually edit my workouts to fit the available time and my strength level has become a daily chore which makes it frustrating to use.

    I’m one of those who don’t know how to exactly workout was athletic but never gym athletic. More of martial art athletic anyways good product to motivate to go as be positive knowing what you need to workout and you’ll feel the result just try to push and complete what it gives you and you’ll feel result trust me if I can do it you can too !
