  • Want to add key words/tags for tracking

My perimenopausal journey has all the obscure symptoms and none of the stereotypical ones. For example, I am itchy - so, so itchy! I would like to be able to track the itchiness with a keyword/tag so that itching would display on symptom reports. I also have occasional palpitations and would like to be able to track those in a way that would allow them to appear in a symptom report. Even if the app doesn’t add tags for all users, couldn’t you allow the option for users to create custom tags for symptoms?
  • Great app, needs updates.

  • Misleading Billing - Do Not Sign Up for the Free Trial!!!!! RUN!

This app lures you into a free trial that automatically bills you for an annual subscription once money lands in your Apple wallet. Then when you try to cancel they notify you they are unable to, hmm imagine that? The app that you can “join” you can’t cancel. I went to Apple and reported what many other IOS users have complained about and due to both Flo and Apple’s take over with AI, you’re left without customer service options that leverage human logic and compassion. Apple refunded the Apple subscription but said Flo was ineligible. Now you’re stuck using paying for an app you don’t want for an entire year, no they don’t bill you for one month , you’re on the hook for the whole year. No where in the real world is this possible, you’re either prorated and that’s that. I hate this app and everyone behind it. It’s a money grab and beware they were just settling cases due to data breaches. I will join the next class action lawsuit! It’s coming!

I’ve used this app for 5 years now to track and keep account for how well my cycle regulated after pregnancy, and to learn things while pregnant. I’ve also conceived through using this app. I will say a few times it predicted my ovulation wrong but I think it’s because my cycles were not super regular after quitting bf. It’s educational, insightful, and a huge community of people to talk to all over the world. Definitely worth it, I will never get rid of it.
  • too many notifications

the app works, it tracks my period but it keeps telling to check my chances of being pregnant and other notifications I can’t seem to turn off. I only want to know when period is about to start.
  • Not Worth the Price

Flo locks you into their boxes and calls it tracking. You can’t log real context — travel, training, illness, nothing. Then it jumps to “you’re late because of pregnancy” with no facts to back it up. I’ve been late before and it never said that. And exporting your data? A nightmare. Stop treating women’s data like property. This app feels made by men for women.
  • Used to be better

I like this app a lot- I have used it for years and have never used the paid version. Now, every time I open the app, it hassles me to upgrade it. Literally every screen is a request to upgrade. I’m in perimenopause and don’t need this for TTC. I will probably look for another app. I’m so tired of everything being a subscription.
  • So many ads

I like Flo, it helps me track my period and it’s always usually pretty accurate. But you open the app and you get bombarded with ads to buy their premium. It use to be really informative, but now you get ads every time you click on anything it pmo. So I rarely get on it anymore just to add my cycles
  • What is happening??

I used to love this app so much. I loved it so much that I purchase the upgrade when I became pregnant so I could help track my progress throughout my pregnancy. For some odd reason; the app moved around all of my stuff which changed my prediction date, conception date and God knows whatever else changed that I haven’t figured out. Luckily I’m the type of person to write everything down so I can manually fix the issue, but why was it an issue in the first place?? Still using the app, but I’d like to see some improvements and also never deal with this again.
