The app is down more then it’s working properly..

I bought the system due to a bad grown up sneaking around the place so I live in the deep woods and these started off rough I must say. Then I called support. With all said and done they replaced a few cameras free of charge and no real hassle to me because they even coded the new ones so that they would work with my personal system instantly . And they did. Yes here and there ya get glitches and not real biggy problems as long as you got a card backing your system up . So was it worth it. Yes I am equipped with 6 cameras that I have not replaced since October 2023. That’s not bad I don’t think for a few hundred Dollars. So I do not normally do reviews but I did want to give back to others because I used the reviews when searching .ty again customer service

The app works great but shows Beijing time.

You now have to watch ADs every time you want to see your cameras. Who ideas was this?! Definitely will be making the switch to ring now.

Advertisement added after update are really annoying

The latest update brings no fixes only ads that play as soon as you open the app. Terrible Before the update the app was fantastic

After having for a short time. Cameras malfunction constantly. Can't reach customer support. I can share cameras with family but they don’t get event notification but can see event and live cam. I get notification but can't see the event or live cam. I’ve reset network and cam. Won't work

i’ve had this app for my home security system for just about 1 year to the month. my account has been compromised more than once and the fact that i happened to look at the monitor at the moment the whole system seemed to restart all by itself.. or so it seemed. it has also been failing to save video footage that coincidentally was when something happened i needed to review. the only reason i gave it 2 stars is because of the app besides my specific issues
