i cannot even register an account. i put my email to verify. didnt get an email. i put my number. didnt get a text. i put another email and number. still waiting for both. cant do nothing with this but send them back.

You have to subscribe to each camera individually and they’re 24 seven recording is only if it’s motion activated and only for a short period of time then there’s a lag before it resets. The cameras are great. There’s cloud storage is a rip off.

I would like to cancel and get my money back. Right after I purchased this, my camera went off line and has not recorded one thing since. I paid for a whole year and it doesn’t work. Ugh.

Zero STARZ this app is straight trash and worthless not helpful at all like zero help it’s a joke tried to play back video cause someone ran into my back yard after police chase and keeps saying unable to play back and just glitches like crazy. So much for being useful. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

After the update . I can’t see replay then slide to see what was next so we are now taking down all cameras and going with something that we can see and control

There is nothing more annoying then hearing a noise outside your home and trying to investigate it via your home surveillance cameras quickly, but immediately get a huge ad pushing their cloud service. It’s like they forgot most people have cameras for security, not just for the sake of recording stuff! Additionally, sometimes setting up camera sensitivity through the app is hit or miss. If I set it to high sensitivity, it triggers the lights and alerts on every little bug or spider. If I set it on medium, it triggers lights or alerts on every little bug or spider. If I set it too low, it won’t trigger unless something walks directly across the camera lens! I’m exaggerating, but this is close enough to the infrequency of the alerts. Please fix this.

Ok app, only negative is the constant pushing to get cloud service when we will never ever need it. Update: constantly disconnects. Useless app.

I don’t want cloud storage, I have a SD card. You just rendered your application worthless. Geeezz

I was very happy with this app. I had tried two or three other lightbulb cameras and they all needed 2.4 MHz to set up. This one has both but can be set up on the 5 MHz process. None of the other cameras had disadvantage it operates. Great I’m very happy with it.
