    This app is garbage. Worked for maybe two minutes and after a week of updating, restarting, moving our modem, it still won’t connect. I think they want to force you to buy the cloud storage.

    The app has worked well, however at times they add ads that can’t be removed, so if you have an emergency, there is no way to jump to the cameras, even if you shut the app off. There should be an option to still be able to go to your cameras.

    Not the best camera. It’s difficult to maneuver, limited instructions, overpriced camera cloud storage and no contact information for customer support. Do your research before purchasing this item. I’m not pleased.

    I tried everything. Even bought their subscription. Still the video recordings don’t upload to cloud. Support never answers. Scammed out of my money. Paid multiples times. No change

    Ever since the most recent big revision update my cameras basically are not accessible or responsive. The app just opens and acts like connecting and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins, and spins,, and spins, and spins some more. Eventually you give up after you have kept the app alive for 2-3 minutes and it has not connected. Nothing has changed on my network, nothing has changed anywhere but this app….

  • Consistent Issues

    The app will suddenly stop letting you view events. Even if you have an SD card to use there have been consistent issues where suddenly you can’t view any past events (where previously you could) Then it tries to upsell cloud storage. There are so many of these apps available, so one with issues is not a good choice.
