  • Unethical auto-renewal practices

    Be careful- this company opts you out of renewal notifications and receipts by default, which is incredibly shady. Any sane individual would *never* agree to that, and personally- I was unaware of several YEARS of charges, with absolutely zero use of the service. Extremely disappointing. Customer service is a joke.

    I’ve been using this app for a couple of years and really liked how easy it made posting not to mention The look was nice. Something’s changed thought, the look is off and the price increase for what you get green lit me to search for another posting site.

    I actually liked this happen so it’s no longer started supporting ex posts I really don’t see the point of even having it now so it could send me a reminder that makes absolutely no sense

  • Free plan equals 10 uploads a month

    Really like this app, the only thing is that now you can only have 10 uploads even if they work or don’t work on your grid. You can only have 10 uploads per month. It used to be 30 and even then it was hard because sometimes I didn’t use the photos I uploaded because I didn’t like it on the grid. I re-downloaded it to try to use it again, but with only 10 uploads as my limit for the free membership, I won’t be able to use it. Maybe if it was 10 that actually got posted that would be better. Off to look for a new app.

    The app deleted 2 weeks worth of my scheduled pins. I reached out to customer support 6 days ago and still haven’t heard back. This company has terrible customer support.

    This is the glitchiest, poorest functioning scheduling program I have ever had the displeasure of using. From double charging me the full year price before my trial ended, to having a product that regularly crashes and has never once been fully operational, to having to constantly reauthorize accounts. The analytics tab (if I can get it to show up at all) never has any data accessible. The internal editing system is useless. And uploading media frequently glitches half way through. If my client did not want to use the service until the year contract was up I would never use this program again. It is a nightmare with a pretty color scheme slapped on top. 0 stars would be too high. And their service team, even when provided with video and photo evidence suggests it’s your fault. Then maybe will suggest you update the app (even when the same issues exist in browser). Worst program/company, do not waste your money. Any free scheduler is better than this scam.

    I’ve been using Planoly to schedule my LinkedIn posts a week in advance, and it’s been a huge help. With a busy schedule, it’s easy to forget to post, but Planoly keeps me on track. The interface is clean, and I like how I can visually plan my content. If you’re looking for an easy way to stay consistent with posting, this app is definitely worth trying!

    i’ve been using this app for five years and was willing to deal with it constantly logging me out, but now it’s saying i can’t use it unless i have a “professional IG account”?? why? deleting the app.

    I have used this app for over 5 years - it used to be my favorite app to manage my social media content. Every update makes it worse and less usable. Any time I upload new content it reorders everything, causing me to lose hours of work each time. This was never an issue in the past but it’s making me want to look for a new social media planning app.

    The app does not work. They also make it impossible for you to unsubscribe once you figure out the app doesn’t work.
