    I’ve waited over a week for jobber to payout over $1000. This is detrimental for a micro business that relies on consistent payouts to order parts etc. I switched from Square and they always deposited my money next day. Biggest mistake I’ve made for my business was switching to Jobber.

    First let me start by saying that Jobber’s customer service is second to none. Adam Grant has been my point person for the last few months since I signed up. Adam has been very accommodating to my business needs and is always around when I need help. Second , Jobber is very very user friendly. Third, I used another big CRM similar to Jobber and the support was awful. Fourth if your a new business owner Jobber will show you all the features. Customer information, scheduling, quotes, billing/invoicing, reports, text reminders, expense reports and credit card processing. Jobber has it all!

    Used jobber for a couple months and only writing this review in hope you guys work on these things I’ll happily go back. No way of tracking commissions and or salary only have hourly pay. Can’t separate services from materials so client sees all the line items and makes it complicated if you really want to hammer down o profit per job. Reports are practically just spreadsheets they need to integrate better reports with graphs and filter and an option for custom reports. Makes it almost impossible to track compensation for any owner to know what to pay reps even when custom editing timesheets if multiple techs go to jobs it sums it up as one total cost in reports ( we use two techs per van )

    When we first tried Jobber, it was saving us so much time, making daily tasks so much easier and helped us get paid 15 days sooner. Once we went all in and fully learned their software we were able to automate and optimize the estimate to invoice process while enhancing communication, tracking cleaners on the job and then also following up with the customer for a review after payment. We are a bigger support and advocate for jobber and their tremendous customer service teams! #1 in our books!

  • Way to Expensive and No refund Policy for absurdities

    I used jobber for a couple months and I received a discounted rate then was charged $170. This is crazy and when I spoke with support they were not helpful at all. I dislike this app and you can get way more for your money using QuickBooks or Zoho. You’ve lost a customer for ever.
