    I started using Jobber this past spring after being referred to them by my friends who also own a window cleaning business. It has simplified my leads coming in through my jobber website, i get all their information easily now, i can schedule, invoice, track and follow up with customers extremely easy. I was only at 6 reviews this time last year and now I am just about to hit 50 5 star reviews without ever having to lift a finger! Highly recommend!

    The app is great, the software does so much for the business. Jobber payments is absolutely terrible and the people behind it are even worst. They withhold customer payments for undetermined amounts of time, they will get back to you after 7 business days. I would not rely on their payment system as their support is utter trash and they don't care about your business. I'll continue to use Jobber as their entire software is great but we will use another processor for payments.

    I started my handyman business (no employees) this year and have used Jobber to keep track of service calls and jobs. It has been a great tool to keep track of each job, customer info, quotes, invoicing and photos. It helps by keeping me looking and responding professionally on the text and email side of the business. I love it and have no plans to use anything else.

    This review is for the iOS app, not the Jobber platform. I like the platform quite a lot, and use it to run multiple crews for my landscape business. But, the iOS app has crashed or frozen multiple times on me, while creating quotes and requests, losing my work and having to go to a browser to get them done. All of my software is up to date. The platform works better on Chrome or Safari. The functionality of the iOS app is pretty limited to basic functions of viewing jobs, and timers, but I can’t do much in the way of settings, and several times accessing the directions through maps has sent me and my crews to wrong locations. Lastly, the timer functions have been intermittently unresponsive to my crew in the field. They often can’t clock in or out if signal is low, they can’t view notes and instructions either, if the signal isn’t great.

    I’ve been using the free trial for a week and I’ve liked it so far. I will be getting the Connect plan for my business. I really like the automatic messages to remind clients of their appointments as well as follow ups after the job to get reviews. I’ve even had customers comment on how they like my new system. It’s been a learning curve trying to get used to everything. It’s presented as an easy dashboard and it looks simple but when you start adding jobs to the calendar and making some jobs recurring it does get a little confusing. There are some things I wish were easier. When you click on your jobs in the calendar it will show you the work that needs to be done, but it doesn’t show you how much money the job is for. I still haven’t figured out how to see that. When you have a recurring job and you need to cancel the entire thing you can’t just delete the job from the calendar, you have to go to the job number and delete them from there. You should be able to delete all of the recurring jobs from the calendar instead of making it a hide and seek game trying to figure out how to remove them all. On the mobile app, when you go to add a job, it doesn’t allow you to add in a business’s name. Why in the world is that not an option? It seems like a glaring oversight on Jobber’s part. If you want to add a new job and it’s a business they make you go to “existing customer” first and then add a new client and then go all the way back to the calendar to add the job. It doesn’t make sense, just add a company name line as optional to the add job form. The last thing I don’t love is on the mobile app it’s really difficult to see your whole calendar for the month. They only allow you to see one day at a time. At least let us see a week at a time. It would make it so much easier to know what’s available to put a customer in. Instead I’ve been pulling up the website on my browser to see my calendar on jobber. All in all I’ve had a good experience, and I think it’s going to help revolutionize my business. There are some annoying things they should fix to streamline the system more, especially on the app, but I’m still planning on using it.

    With out jobber, You look like a new amateur. With jobber, You become a pro with out being a pro! So many features. Invoicing, Payments form retention, eta times, time tacking, map view, list and even time management and tracking. With out jobber we wouldn’t be here. Scaling was super easy, we just needed to put the work in!

    I’ve been using Jobber for about a year. There’s other software out there that didn’t offer some of the specific items I was looking for in my price point. It’s been a game changer as I get a ton of feedback about the professional communications and overall flow for both the clients and my team.
