    Pros Links business steps from request to invoice Communicates with your client via text or email Track team and assignments Can add notes easily Con Mobile App has no reporting so can only do that on desktop Look and feel is very different from mobile to tablet to desktop Reporting isn’t very good New look and feel makes it hard to find stuff Expensive credit card processing and slow settlement. We swamped it out to Chase.

    From the new guy starting out on his own to the guy with 5+ crews, this software is affordable and amazing! Customer service was always great and onboarding was easy and they offered solutions for everything. This software has made so many processes seamless in my business and it has kept so many things from falling through the cracks because of human error or forgetting. Follow the flow of the system and it will help you. I used to use Google calendar, QuickBooks, and my notes and todo app to try and keep track of everything. Now I just use Jobber! Thanks guys for all your hard work! Keep going! Jeff

    I downloaded jobber just about 10 years ago. It’s been the best software I used hands down. They are always upgrading and adding all the features I need with out even asking about them. They are doing an amazing job keeping up with the demand for new features. My employee started his own business and I talked him into downloading jobber and he loves it so far. Even though I forgot to share my refer a friend link. Which is a program they offer for sharing there software with friends and both get free months of service. We both Love it so far. Keep up the good work guys !!!

    I went 8 years using spreadsheets, reminders, folders, etc. Jobber consolidates that all in one place and saves me hours of office time, which means more time in the field making money. I’ve been more than impressed with the customer service (shout out to Victoria!) and the updates they have made and continue to make. It’s clear they take user feedback seriously. Thanks for a great product!

    Just started using it I like the interface very easy to navigate! My question is if I send a invoice to someone that doesn’t have the app, 1. Do they need it to access persay a quote I sent them? Or can they view it in their email and 2. Can I share it with my work phone and iPad to keep everything connected?

    I was with jobber for 3 years but they changed. They stopped letting me do instant payouts because I got a new debit card and for some reason was trying to take out 1.45 and it wouldn’t let them so they take away the only feature that kept me with them in the first places. Lost a customer over 1.45. Good job dummy

    Wanted to use this app, but $70.00 for a single user to a handle basic scheduling tasks per month? All of the cool features like mapping etc…hit $300+ per month! 👎🏽

  • New update is horrible

    Why try and fix something that wasn’t broken? New update took away the dashboard and now have to go search for quotes, jobs, invoices. Has made interaction in the app more difficult and less user friendly. This app is supposed to help streamline my business, that is no longer the case. Maybe time to look for a different service.
