  • Works poorly without subscription

    App works amazing if you pay for the subscription. The second the subscription ends the cameras don’t work properly, you can’t access video clips and you can’t access live feeds.

  • Almost impossible to set up

    Opened box and went to blink.com/setup as they requested and started to download app then went to another screen and they asked for my mail and password. I went to use my normal password but it would not work. I could not reset password. I now regret buying this blink system.

  • Thumbnail and Activity Zones not working

    My blink has been working fine for almost two years but all of a sudden after I changed my batteries, I cannot update thumbnails or activity zones anymore. I take my blink doorbell done to reset, and activity works just fine…but when I mount it up, it suddenly stops recording. Module is directly next to the doorbell, still not letting me update. Even when I change the settings on the app, it doesn’t all me save it either. Help!

  • Please Improve sound quality during live view and 2-way audio

    Always getting a white noise sound from all my cameras, hard to hear conversations when recording and 2-way audio, have done everything it suggests to improve sound quality but I still get a white noise sound, PLEASE improve sound during live views and 2-way audio, would be better improvement. NO MORE WHITE NOISE SOUND

    Super easy to install and the cameras have a wide view capability. Many settings to dial in to your needs. Like, being able to use the grid pattern setting to deactivate the sender reading for our flag waving in view of camera so it does not read the movement of the flag. Smart feature! Easy to check up on the house anytime, anywhere. And speak to anyone who may be close by. Cool!
