    Imagine hearing a noise in your kids room and pulling up the app on your phone to make sure they’re ok and then having to click out of SEVERAL ADS just to see the camera… what in the world is going on? This has become unbearable. I’m trying to find an alternative camera. No one should have to click through ads on a camera monitor. Horrible.

    The cameras themselves aren’t bad, but they are constantly trying to force you into purchasing their online cloud subscription by having annoying ads in their app every time you open it. I’ve already bought your cameras, I shouldn’t have to constantly have my arm twisted to buy anything else. I would be willing to pay a one time fee for the app without annoying ads. Because of this I would NOT recommend this companies products.

    Even if you buy memory cards, it doesn’t ever record 24 hours. After owning the cameras for several years, now there are stupid ads when you try to open the app, so forget using these in a timely manner for emergencies. Terrible app, nonexistent customer service.

    This app has gone downhill. The ads are RIDICULOUS, covering the entire screen immediately when you open the app. Not only does it cover the screen, a new ad emerges when closing the window. There’s absolutely no way to close the ads unless you close the app completely and restart several times. DON’T BUY THEIR CAMERAS!!

    This app has gone so down hill since I’ve purchased my cameras. They clearly are trying to force people to buy the subscription with the amount of ads that flood this app. If you want to view your cameras you’re subjected to 5-10 ads you can’t close out of so you’re just forced to sit there waiting to view your camera. Can’t wait to get rid of these cameras.

    I have used two of their cameras for the last two years. For the free version, you could see the live feed but there was no access to previous motion detection. That was fine with me. Now, they have changed their policy and have too many ads when you open the app. I purchased the cameras to see live not the ads

    Cameras are for security. This app was great at first, but if something is happening, and you need to get to your cameras quickly. You now have to close through ads when you open the app.
